飯店舒適，員工熱情周到，房間寬敞乾淨，泳池很大，環境舒適，適合兒童入住，設施齊全。

My stay at this hotel left an excellent impression. The view of the city from my room was remarkable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged—clean, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were kind and attentive, creating a sense of respect and genuine care. The property offers everything one might need: a café, a sushi bar, and a small convenience store. I sincerely wish this place continued growth, the preservation of its high standard of service, and an enduring atmosphere of dignity and comfort.

The staff was friendly, the hotel ambiance and interior is soo nice, the room is spacious and a variety of amenities are provided. Quite rare for me, there is a washing machine and also a microwave. I am very much satisfied with the stay. Recommended for staycation, business trip!

Hotel yang sangat mewah, dengan interior dan exterior yang sangat aesthetic. Betah lama-lama di kamar karena senyaman itu. Banyak spot foto bagus di hotel ini, kamar bersih, fasilitas lengkap, ada mesin cuci di hotelnya, padahal jarang-jarang ada hotel yang sediain mesin cuci, ada pantry lengkap dengan alat masak dan makan. Ada minibar untuk ngopi, ada meja makan, lemari, meja rias, hairdryer dan lainnya. Sukak bgt hotel ini, Good service juga dari pegawai receptionistnya. Pada hari saya mau check in hotel, tas saya yang berisi pasport dompet dan lain-lain tertinggal di dalam grab yang saya tumpangi, dan grabnya sudah pergi. Karena check in harus pakai pasport saya mencari tas saya dan ingat tertinggal di grab sehingga panik, tetapi pegawainya membantu saya untuk chat dengan grab, dan tas saya kembali. Thankiuu pelayanan baiknya. Love this hotel 💗

出差時住在這裡，因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造，Ami這一家是公寓式的，樓層比較高，所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外，還可以從落地窗遠眺。 但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久，可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊，後面幾天好很多，餐食也算不錯。 櫃檯是一個獨立空間，期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢，維修和對應的速度都很快。 只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠，周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳，走到最近的mall也有一定距離，建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。 不過酒店下面的便利店（超商？）東西很齊全很方便，可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。
