Hotel yang sangat bagus interiornya. Proses cek in sangat cepat. Ada onsen yang free untuk tamu relax. Welcome drink yang sangat yummi. Sekitar hotel tempat shopping dan kuliner. Bisa ngirim koper dari hotel di Kyoto ke hotel di Tokyo. Dan kita bisa naik kereta tidak repot narik-narik koper. Sangat direkomendasi untuk hotel ini.

Hotelnya baru dan bagus banget, kalau yang bawa anak di atas 6 tahun, pas check in jangan ikut deh, supaya gak kena charge tambahan.
