For me, it's a perfect hotel: 1. Near the station. 2. Spacious room. 3. Comfortable bed and pillows. 4. Has onsen inside the hotel for rejuvenating ourselves after a long walk everyday. It feels so good. 5. Very friendly hotel price if you compare it with all the facilities. 6. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. 7. Convenient store and fruit store just next door.

The hotel location is excellent—quiet yet very convenient. There is a fresh food supermarket less than a one-minute walk away, making it easy to buy groceries, as well as a small drugstore nearby. The nearest subway station is also very close, about a five-minute walk.
One suggestion for improvement: the hair dryers in the public bath could be upgraded, as they are currently quite basic. In addition, it would be helpful if each seating area were fully stocked with amenities—for example, there are currently only two boxes of tissues for five seats.

It's clean, well designed. Room is spacious, toilet and shower are separated. There's a bathing area, though it's not onsen, it's comfortable especially the snack area outside is well stocked up... Ice stick, nuts, hot/cold drinks.

Everything is excellent. The room was nice and clean. I was impressed by the common area outside the bathing area on B1 where people could take a break and enjoy free drinks and snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful.

WiFi超爛，住在高一點樓層的完全沒收訊，想接飯店WiFi一定要去1樓或者B1的交誼廳。
地下鐵五条站2號出口沒有電梯，在6號出口才有電梯，整體而言不算便利。
大浴場很棒，但容易遇到衛生習慣很差的人，跟刺青人士，雖然有寫明要遮蓋但外國人不會理你。
另外飯店的杯子很髒，很多女人的口紅印沒洗沒擦乾淨，跟飯店反應後換了新杯子給你，但沒注意的人下一個繼續跟別人間接Kiss。
洗脫烘衣機很髒，奉勸要用的人一定要用洗衣袋裝好，要使用前一定要先按槽洗淨。
