Conveniently located just 1 stop away from Kyoto station on the Karasuma Line and 15-20 mins walking distance to the center of the Kawaramachi shopping district. With a 24-hour supermarket just right beside the hotel, 7-11 opposite and nearby McDonald's and Yoshinoya. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, service was also efficient and quick. The concierge/reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. There's a bathing area at the basement with complimentary refreshments for hotel guests.

For me, it's a perfect hotel: 1. Near the station. 2. Spacious room. 3. Comfortable bed and pillows. 4. Has onsen inside the hotel for rejuvenating ourselves after a long walk everyday. It feels so good. 5. Very friendly hotel price if you compare it with all the facilities. 6. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. 7. Convenient store and fruit store just next door.

The hotel was amazing. The beds were sooooo incredibly soft and comfortable. Very clean. The bathroom was very nice. The onsen was very nice. We were greeted with a welcome drink voucher in the bar. There is a guest lounge with complimentary hot and cold drinks, snacks and icecream. Unfortunately The laundry was always busy. And the only disappointment was that I received a confusing email with extra tourist tax fees, I emailed property to confirm and I was charged more than I was advised. I questioned this but never received a reply. Very close to subway station. Easy 17 min walk to either Kyoto station or Nishiki market area.

Very busy hotel but modern, clean and in a good location. Staff were helpful and welcoming. My only issue is with the laundry machine, there’s only 6 machines for a hotel with so many rooms and it’s constantly busy, would recommend to add more laundry machines.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blossom Hotel. You were greeted with a drink and pastry, the rooms were very comfortable and spotless. Everything you need was in the room and they were all good quality, even moisturisers and cleansing balm. If you wanted coffee, tea, apple juice and treats, etc they were all free in the lounge area. You have the underground within a five minute walk. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our arrival was met with a very personal check in experience. This is a very nice hotel within walking distance to restaurants and the train station. Having a laundry room on property was a big plus for us and the free snacks and drinks were a nice touch. We stayed on the 8th floor with nice views of Kyoto, although the room was a little tight it was still a great stay.

Beautiful hotel. Everything was high quality. I loved all the little perks like local coffee beans with our own coffee grinder in the room, free ice cream and snacks downstairs, motorized blackout blinds, traditional Samue (long-sleeved top and pants) for the onsen. Speaking of the onsen, it was beautifully done, a large pool in black stone with wooden sides, a huge window with plants outside, but also private. The staff is great. Sheets and towels were all high quality. The only downside was the noise from the busy street below. The windows look double pane, but they could not keep out all the noise. Despite that, I slept well and would recommend this place heartily.
