Das Hotel ist definitiv eine Empfehlung wert. Man ist in Oldtown in nicht mal 10 Minuten und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Arrived after 9pm and out before 11am. Had a drink in the main floor bar- good service. Room had a coffee machine, no fridge or microwave. Bed was comfortable, but was on a platform that protruded from under the mattress and caused both my husband & I to take away bruised shins.

The restaurant at the hôtel service was not very good. Very slow and are waiter did not speak french. A hi end hôtel like Hyatt in the hearth of old Montréal should have bilangual staff that interact with their clients.

Our stay was short but enjoyable. The staff were friendly and service was great.

I stayed at the Hyatt Centric and really loved the bed — it was super comfortable with soft, high-quality linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room itself was spacious, stylish, and had a cozy, modern feel that made me feel instantly relaxed.

What a great location for visiting the old port. The views from the rooftop pool area are fantastic! The staff are welcoming and the place is friendly clean and comfortable. I will be back!

This is the best hotel in Montreal! The rooftop pool and the views from there are amazing. Everything is convenient and nearby. Will definitely be coming back :)

When my girlfriend and I stayed back on July 27 2025, we both enjoyed it for one night.The bathroom was nice, and the pool was wonderful. Very close to the port which was great. Everything about it was amazing. I would definitely come back but stay a bit longer.
