close to old district , but far from downtown next time, I will book this hotel only for site view of old area but I will book another hotel for downtown steping

We received the warmest of welcomes by the kindest staff! The location is amazing, everything is so accessible but it’s not overly touristy. The rooms are clean and well maintained. This is now our favourite place to stay in Montreal!

The view from the roof deck was amazing. The pool was tiny.

Very clean and tidy room. It was spacious and comfortable. I appreciate the staff speak English because I barely speak French. I would definitely book this hotel next time I’m in Montreal.

Very clean and well maintained property. Please note if you’re staying here long they don’t have a microwave in the room. Also I’m not sure if it’s just because of the summer but the surrounding area didn’t feel safe at all. Although very close to old port! Also the parking is confusing and you can’t use the stairs?

The location made this the perfect choice and the hotel staff and property were very good

Great stay. As expected.

Everything overall was good except they closed the rooftop for an entire afternoon for an influencer party without notifying us at check in. We had planned our trip around using this pool. It was one of the main reasons we chose to stay at this property.

Our room was not ready upon check in - they were 2 hours behind we had to wait in a bar after a very long day of drinking into Montreal. They offered us a drink on the house which took 1/2 hour to serve us. We paid for valet but our car stayed parked on the street one night . The person at the front desk was snippy with us when we brought our car back one night and said to us, well I can’t tend to your car right now- there were no other people in the lobby at that time. Heard them all laugh when we walked away. They tried to charge at check out for the drinks they offered as a courtesy for our wait upon arrival. One night we when to the hotel bar and they didn’t serve us or acknowledge us for 30 minutes when we ordered our drinks my wine came right away but my husband waited 20 minutes asked several staff member where his drink was and we were told that they were short staffed and the bartender was in training, so we waited after some time the told us they had to run and get more mescal for his drink another 10 minutes and he was told they they have no mescal for his drink. At that point we paid for the one drink and left. Very poorly managed hotel. This us a serious issue that should be addressed.

Our stay was very relaxing,central to what we had in mind to do in Old Montreal. Hotel was impeccable in all aspects. We intend to come back again very soon.

New and stylish and more competitive prices. The old Montreal hotels close to the core are getting too expensive. This one is close enough and really new. Rooftop pool with a view is great.

It is a beautiful hotel. The room was very spacious. The bed is so comfortable. I wish I had it at home. The bathroom looks brand new. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We had breakfast there and I accidentally dropped my cloth napkin on the floor. A staff member picked it up and gave me a brand new one. The breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs were runny, I found it pricey too at $28.00. I called reception when our TV was not working. They sent someone up right away to fix it which they did. The rooftop pool was lovely. We went to go relax there but all the lounge chairs were in use so we sat comfortably in the other chairs outside. A bartender is outside if you need a cold drink. I would recommend staying here.
