We were received by Yann at the front desk at midnight exhausted from travel and he welcomed us and took care of us. The building is immaculate, it is quiet, and it is comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We had a perfect stay and will definitely be back.

The room was clean though the cement ceiling made it feel dirty. The staff at the front desk were rude. The room had a refrigerator but it only kept things cool, you had to use the fridge by the reception for cold refrigeration. There was no hotel store for snacks or vending machines. We had booked the room for 3 days and also included breakfast. The first 2 days we waited over an hour for our breakfast which was partially burned when it arrived. When I asked the concierge to take the breakfast off the third day because of the negative experience they said no because it was part of the package we had; no offer to figure out how to address the concern just a “sorry not sorry” attitude. The location to old Montreal was perfect and there are lots of great places to eat. That said I would never stay there again nor would I recommend it given the price.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and approachable. The stand out was the food at the Cartier Arms pub on the main level. We didn't get a chance go try the pool or the gym, but I briefly checked both area out. I'm going to remember my bathing suit and workout clothes for our next stay. The best part about our stay was the location. Easy walking distance the main attractions and shops in old Montreal.

J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel et j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon expérience. Les chambres sont spacieuses, magnifiques et offrent une superbe vue sur le Vieux-Québec. Le design moderne ainsi que les détails soignés rendent l’endroit particulièrement impressionnant et agréable. L’emplacement est aussi un grand avantage : l’hôtel est situé près du Vieux-Port, ce qui permet d’y aller facilement à pied pour une belle promenade, sans avoir besoin de voiture. Le seul inconvénient concerne le stationnement, car l’accès demande de faire un grand détour, ce qui peut être moins pratique. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un excellent hôtel, moderne, bien situé et très confortable.
