close to old district , but far from downtown next time, I will book this hotel only for site view of old area but I will book another hotel for downtown steping

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are nice and the restaurant on site is very good. The staff were all great. The black out blinds weee more like darkening blinds, the pool was nice but was too warm for summer when you want to cool off and not enough lounges for the size of the hotel. Sheets could use an upgrade; they were a bit scratchy.

The staff in the pub were very friendly, polite and helpful, doing their jobs to perfection. Rika was our server and she was excellent! Also notable in the dining room was a young man from Libya, (we didn’t catch his name) Both were so personable, definitely assets to the house.

Leider wurde mein Zimmer nur 3 mal in 7 Tagen gemacht, zuletzt drei Tage in Folge nicht. Grund dafür war dass ich um 12 Uhr das DND Schild noch hängen hatte. Da war dann aber auch schon ein „wir haben sie nicht angetroffen Schild“ an der Tür. Ich habe großen Respekt vor der Arbeit der Reinigungskräfte aber das wäre besser gegangen.

Nice spacious room with king bed. Very quiet and reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and excellent number of choices hot and cold. Would stay there again when in Montreal.
