Much nicer hotel than expected. Modern layout and finishes. Rooms and bath are good size with modern features. Shops and restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Only weird thing is that Lobby is off an elevated roadway - google maps sends you to lower level where there is not unlocked entrance

Beautiful place, clean and everyone was pretty welcoming. We stayed for a weekend getaway and was perfect for what we needed. I’d say my only complaints are the check out, there isn’t much explanation on how the payment for parking works or the actual payment for the room if you don’t pre pay ahead of time works. We parked at the charge of 25$ a day and was told it would be charged to our room however when leaving we had to pay a second time. We did call the hotel and they said it would be refunded so that was nice. On our last day we went down for breakfast and waited 15 minutes to be seen by a server and then were told they ran into or eggs earlier in the morning, slightly frustrating. Otherwise the staff and the experience overall was great.

Besides hard to figure out how to get in, we had a great stay.

Clean, well-lit room with comfortable beds and a great view. Perfect spot in Old Montreal.

Location, clean room, high ceiling, convenient underground self-parking , most courteous staff, excellent restaurant/bar with a view, tasty menu and cool vibe - everything is PERFECT! Will stay again and will recommend!
