We had a great 4 day stay at the Hyatt. Hotel is very conveniently located to anywhere you want to explore in Historic Montreal. Hotel was safe, comfortable and clean. The parking garage ($25/day at this writing) offered tight spaces but easy in and out whenever we wanted. Cheers, too, to the on site restaurant, a big cut above usual hotel connected restaurants. We will be back!

Second time staying here. Excellent location and great rooms. Parking is nice but fills up quickly. Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night, requiring evacuation, but the staff was apologetic and made it right with me. Would probably stay again.

Did not like that there was no bathroom exhaust. No room between bed and desk chair to walk behind. Not enough space for more than 1 person to unpack and no room Safe. Both times using pool , had to call down and wait for towels to be brought up. Ok one checks to see if it’s empty. Staff was friendly.

Two things were not ideal. First was that the AC could not be controlled and it was set at 72 f the whole time during a heat wave. The rom got much hotter than that and they would not fix it. That’s absurd. Second is on the second floor there was a strong mildew smell in all the rooms. Not worth the money!
