Hotel and staff were great. The included breakfast was definitely not worth it. There was no buffet and they limited what we could get from the menu. I would not recommend paying for the included breakfast. The staff at breakfast were also terrible. They spent more time taking to each other behind the bar than they did serving guests. Expect long waits, sub-par food, and rude servers. Hotel rooms, pool, reception were all great. They should get a new restaurant manager so the quality can be on par with the hotel.

The room was very nice and comfortable especially the bed and bedding. Staff was courteous and attentive. They were easy to check in early and then hold our luggage when we checked out. The pool area was a highlight of our trip, it was 30 degrees out and the heated pool was so enjoyable and had a beautiful view of the city and the river. The convenience of walking to all the shops and restaurants in Old Montreal. We would love staying here again and would recommend to anyone.

The pool area was a highlight of our trip, it was 30 degrees out and the heated pool was so enjoyable and had a beautiful view of the city and the river.
