새로 만든거 같은 최신의 호텔로 깔끔하고 청결함. 주차장도 넓으나, 주차장으로 가는 길은 설명을 들어야만 갈 수 있음. 로비는 3층이므로 로비에서 체크인하고 주차장 물어서 가면 됨.

주차장 찾기가 어려운 점을 제외하면 모두 만족스럽습니다. 노트르담성당이 도보로 이용가능합니다.

The property was easy to find and accessible so was parking located in the underground of the Hyatt The room was beautiful comfortable and very clean and spacious the bathroom is spacious and very clean

It was our first time visiting Montreal, and we came for a trade show. The hotel is located a bit farther from the trade show venue than we expected. We stayed on the 7th floor not very high up but the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very basic and could definitely be improved. However, the hotel is within walking distance to the Old Port, which was a highlight of our stay.

Excellent service

Check in was delayed. We called for early check and were told that we would be texting once our room was ready. No one ever texted us people we are staying with were able to check in as soon as they got there. We were waiting in the restaurant spending money. And had to go and asked to be checked in again. Otherwise, the property was clean, quiet and a good location.

Nice place in Old Montreal. Close to everything we wanted to do. Great parking.

We booked the hotel under the knowledge of the bed being King sized. When we arrived the bed was definitely not a king, but an Olympic queen and we were told they were that size throughout the entire hotel. We were there as a family (we co-sleep with our son), for an 5 night stay and this bed was not going to cut it. I was having surgery and I needed to ensure I would be able to rest easy. We were met with extreme understanding and the staff went out of their way to accommodate either a full refund to stay elsewhere or take a bigger room with 2 beds. We decided y ok stay & were not dissatisfied. Breakfast daily and the heated rooftop pool were wonderful!

I loved staying here! The breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options. The rooms were clean and the hotel was modern. They have heated roof top pool that we thoroughly enjoyed each day we were here - in 3-9 degree temperatures. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal.

As a return customer, I just love the great location of this hotel, nestled at the edge of Old Montreal. Walkable to the old port, downtown and close enough to the metro. We love the spacious rooms, comfy beds and overall esthetic and newness of the establishment. As long as the price is right, I'll keep coming back.
