朝食会場は大きくないので、早めに行くのが良いかもしれないです 旧市街に近いので、歩いて散策するには便利なところ

清潔に管理された客室で居心地は良好。．スタッフ方も親切で、その説明も聞きやすかったです。入り口にいたスタッフの方がわざわざ会議のあるモントリオール大学附属病院迄の道がわかるところまで案内してくださいました。ありがとうございます。会議があるモントリオール大学附属病院まで歩いて10分弱で、近く便利でした。朝食もおいしかったです。残念なのはロビーの下の階に泊まったのですが、朝方4時ごろから車の騒音やドアの開閉と思われる音が響いて目が覚めてしまいました。

It is a smaller hotel nice and clean I had not issies except the resturant is not that good.To get Breafast there was a task idk if they need more staff the food was not that good drinks were also not great.

La chambre était propre et décorée avec soin, conformément aux standards généralement associés à une chaîne hôtelière. Habituellement, nous prenons le petit-déjeuner chez Olive et Gourmando ou à la Finca. Cette fois, nous avons choisi d’essayer le restaurant de l’hôtel, mais l’expérience s’est révélée décevante. Tout d’abord, les amateurs de café risquent d’être déçus d’apprendre que le café servi est du Nespresso. De plus, en ce dimanche de Pâques, seul du café décaféiné était disponible. Ensuite, le menu des œufs bénédictine indiquait la présence d’épinards et d’oignons rouges marinés, mais ces accompagnements étaient absents de l’assiette, sans qu’aucune précision ne nous soit donnée au moment de la commande. Par ailleurs, la carte annonçait un « spécial du jour », qui s’est avéré être… les œufs bénédictine déjà proposés au menu, ce qui est pour le moins incohérent. Enfin, le pain doré était plutôt sec et, fait étonnant, n’était pas servi avec du sirop d’érable.

The room was spotless. Newer building with great aesthetics. We got the King bed high floor which had a great view. Air conditioning works well. Staff was very courteous. Location is also excellent with great restaurant options at either a 10-15 min walk or short uber ride away.

Good location. Nice rooms. The hotel restaurant service was lackluster at best. We have had excellent service in previous visits.

The rooms were very nice. Very clean. Love that there was no carpet in the rooms. The bathrooms were very modern, clean and well done, the motion detection mirror was a very nice touch. We were horribly disappointed in the hotel restaurant where we went for brunch on a Sunday at noon. The staff seemed to be having a very bad day, we were a group of 8 but the restaurant was empty, there was only one other table with 2 people while we were there. The staff were uninterested in answering questions and very slow, we had to ask 2 times to get our coffees. There was no communication from them, like explaining that a new pot had to be brewed. We could see some of our drinks prepared and left on the bar to wait. When we made a comment about it, we were treated like our comments were bothering them. The food on the brunch menu was super disappointing. For $18-22 a plate I would suggest going somewhere else. We tried to give them some feedback about it and they didn’t even care. They made it seem like we were picky to say that $22 for an over cooked Benedict egg, a club with dry chicken and a poutine with old cheese was normal. The hotel reception was very good, they were very pleasant and answered our questions. We loved the pool on the roof. The changing rooms and access to pool towels was great.

The staff was great and the hotel was clean. close to nearby shops and restaurants.

Very clean and tidy hotel in walking distance of old Montreal. A true non smoker. Lyft and Uber rides readily available.Heated rooftop pool is a nice touch. If you can get a deal, just book it. Well worth the stay! Would stay again.
