Love this place. Super clean & modern. Happy hours at hotel bar is best. Heated pool on top floor. 15 min walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. Would stay there again.

Hotel is fine but for two things. 1) parking takes a 6 min ride to get to the garage entrance. Access to the parking lot from inside the hotel is fine after that. 2) the hotel is not very convenient to restaurants or old Montreal. The rooftop pool is excellent and provides a tremendous view of the city.

The parking was difficult to find. GPS had trouble getting us to the parking garage. Also, once in the garage, the signage was inadequate to find the entrance to the hotel. Additionally, I asked the woman who checked us in to speak up three times and she didn’t. I couldn’t hear or understand her. She was very nice, but couldn’t speak clearly enough. The rest of our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the pool area quite nice, breakfast was fantastic, other staff very helpful and pleasant.

Upon checking in, payment for the room was made. At that time the hotel charged me twice. I was reassured that the charges didn't go through. They hotel asked for another payment. When I checked my statement. I saw the double payment did in fact when through. The hotel reassured me just to call the bank to get the realase. Called the bank. They bank confirmed that Hyatt charged me and it was on them to give me my money back. To say that almost $1500 extra charges taken from my account was a major inconvenience is an understatement. I was on a trip with my kids. I had events planned stays in other city. That was all jeopardize The hotel kept saying we released your money so tough luck. Nothing we can do. My point is, if I couldn't pay for my room they would have called the cops on me and my family. But overcharging me almost $1500 shouldn't be a big deal to me. I should just wat 10 to 15 business days. No matter if I cannot pay for the rest of my trip. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience, no one can do anything. This was the worse experience at a hotel to date.

The rooms that are not 'high level' are actually a level below the reception desk. It felt like we were in a dungeon. The hotel is super nice, the pool area is lovely, but our room was very dark and depressing. I wouldn't stay again unless I paid the premium to be higher up.

We were so glad we stayed here for two days. The walking access to all the sites we wanted to see was excellent. We also enjoyed the food at the Cartier Arms pub. It was not "just" a convenient place to grab a bite, but a highly-rated restaurant on its own. We had lunch once and the good breakfast buffet once. We especially liked the enthusiastic young staff who went out of their way to be friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Especially fun was the nightly access to all the restaurants on Saint Anne street. The was the liveliest scene we've ever encountered with both locals and tourists mingled. We loved Montreal!

Breakfast buffet was worth the charge. Hotel is quiet, a little way out from the old town but still walkable. However the city itself is dirty and there are lots of vagrants, I would not recommend coming to Montreal at all but if you have to then this hotel is as good as any.

La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le personnel attentif aux demandes. Stationnement sous-terrain pratique au coût de $25+tx/jour. Vaut mieux arriver par le stationnement pour se rendre à la réception puisque détour important et stationnement payant indépendant de l’hôtel. Terrasse sur le toit avec piscine et vue très agréable. Petit-déjeuner simpliste et peu élaboré.
