close to old district , but far from downtown next time, I will book this hotel only for site view of old area but I will book another hotel for downtown steping

Hotel maravilhoso .

Our stay at this hotel was mixed. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. The heated swimming pool on the rooftop was wonderful with clear views over the city. In particular, at sunrise and sunset, it was magical. However, our stay was spoilt by the breakfast situation. We had booked a buffet breakfast but the first two mornings it was a la carte with a very limited choice, but on the third day, it was buffet style with a reasonable choice. The main problem was that a few staff, not all, were rude and lacked basic customer service skills in the breakfastarea. We had to make a complaint to the staff manager who was apologetic and kind. The staff at reception were welcoming and hospitable. If the breakfast customer service be improved, it would be a really lovely hotel in a great location.

Too much noise from the 24/7 gym, couldn’t fall asleep. Complained to the receptionist and security but none of them could fix the problems. If the receptionist in the next morning didn’t free the parking for me, it would rather be a 1 star than a 2 stars now. Also, pillows are dirty.

The property is beautiful and the decor is lovely as well, but the restaurant needs improvement.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, l'hôtel est magnifique, tout est vraiment propre et au goût du jour. Le personnel a vraiment été poli et gentil avec nous tout au long du séjour.

Hotel netjes Zeer verzorgd ontbijt buffet Leuk zwembad buiten op het dak ganse jaar open ook in de winter. Water is wel zeer warm om echt directe zwemmen is meer een super grote jacuzzi. Zwembad vanaf 0700 open to 2100 uur ideaal voor zakenreizigers

The roof top pool of course, was absolutely stunning. If you’re coming to the area I’d recommend booking this hotel for at least a portion of your stay, simply to enjoy the pool and the view. The staff were kind, professional and attentive, the rooms were clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the view we had - river and Old Montreal facing - was stunning. We booked this hotel as well as another hotel for our trip, and I feel we enjoyed the trip more for having booked two separate spaces. For the two night stay, this was lovely.

I had an overall average experience at the hotel. The receptionist was kind enough to offer us early check-in, which we really appreciated after a long flight. I liked the bed, shower, TV, and the view from our room. However, there were a few downsides. The room felt quite small for the price, and there was no bathtub. The pool was also smaller than it appeared in the photos and tended to be crowded. I paid extra for breakfast, but the buffet had limited options and didn’t even include cereal. Another inconvenience was the lack of a direct room service line as I had to call reception each time, and on one occasion, they mistakenly transferred me to the restaurant instead. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were extremely friendly. While the reception staff were polite, they didn’t go above and beyond in their service.

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric Montreal. Check in was quick and easy. The room was exceptionally clean (no carpet which we loved). The star of the show was the bed - one of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept on!

The entire hotel experience was outstanding!!

Ein super Hotel in einer top Lage.Lediglich den Eingang mussten wir etwas suchen, da das Navi uns zur Tiefgarage des Hotels geführt hatte. Ansonsten war alles großartig.

Tolle Lage nahe des Zentrums. Schönes Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für eine Städtereise.

O hotel é bem localizado e conta com funcionários super gentis e simpáticos. O quarto é bem espaçoso e limpo. Adoramos

The location was quiet and convenient for those who like the old port. Front desk staff were friendly but not very experienced. Housekeeping staff was great. The hotel really should check it's toilet seats more often as ours was almost falling off and we had to get it fastened properly by staff. Also ,the transition strip on the floor to the bathroom could easily cause someone to trip. The rooftop pool was warm enough on a cool April day. A hot tub up there would be a good addition. Although the room was not large it was sensibly arranged to accommodate luggage and other needs. The bed was fine.

Good spot, for the prices rooms were a bit tight but comfy beds, nice washroom, and clean place overall. The rooftop pool is actually very nice as well.

This was an incredibly lovely hotel. Very well worth the stay here. Quite affordable and so well kept and modern. The staff were wonderful. The rooftop pool was more like a hot tub. The views were absolutely amazing. 100% going to stay here again next time I visit Montreal.
