When you choose a specific item or activity from all the different offerings, you can proceed to book the item by clicking Find Tickets/Treatments/Vouchers/Options. Then, you can click the View Details button to find more detailed information about your voucher as follows:

• Ticket Details: in this section, you will find the general information on what you will get by purchasing this voucher.
• What’s Included: information on what’s included and not included in your voucher or ticket price.
• Validity Information: information about voucher validity and eligibility, but you may as well refer to the voucher validity date information stated below the voucher name.
• Terms & Conditions: information related to the redemption instructions, venue regulations and/or our partner’s policies.
• Reschedule & Refund: general info about the possibility to reschedule your activity or refund policies applied by the partner or venue.
• Redemption Method: general reservation requirement info and instructions to redeem the voucher, as well as location details for the redemption process.
• Important Notes: essential information needed before coming to the venue.
