For location it 's quite far from city centre (malioboro). Kind of hard to find foods nearby too since it 's in the middle of residential and government district. Cons:- the towel really got a lot of feathers that will stick to your body. Don't know whether it 's the towel characteristic or is it because of the washing method.- aircon is either very cold or not cold.- not soundproof. I can hear the baby 2 rooms across me crying at midnight.- breakfast is a duhh. Can't expect more though with the hotel price include breakfast during lebaran. Pros:- quiet neighbourhood.- refill water near the lift on every floor.- staffs are very polite and helpful.

Kunci pintu bunyi terus bnr2 merepotkan. Pas masuk kamarnya pengap dan bau. Dilantai ada tusuk sate bekas yg nginep sebelumnya kayanya, tp seharusnya kalau bnr2 dibersihin masa tusuk sate ga keliatan. Klosetnya bocor jd airnya ngalir terus. Aliran air kamar mandi ga langsung masuk saluran jd agak menggenang. Ac nya ga terlalu dingin. Semoga bisa diperbaiki soalnya lokasinya strategis.

- Di kamar tidak ada tissue wajah, hanya ada tissue gulung toilet.- tidak ada coffee kit/teko utk air panas.- makanan sarapan monoton & kurang variatif.

The best hotel in Jogja. Very neat, clean, and very well designed. Very thoughtful details and design made for the convenient of the guests. Keep up the good work. Will definitely come back to GAIA and recommend to as many people as possible.

Untuk kali kedua nginep di sini. Kamarnya luas dan bersih, harga terjangkau. Benar-benar memuaskan. Pesan kamar tanpa sarapan, tapi berulang kali pesan makanan ke kamar. Makanannya enak banget, terutama nasi goreng iga. The best! Sayang banget enggak sempet foto kamarnya, udah terlalu nyaman duluan.

Hotelnya bersih, tenang & makannya jg enak. Saran: tempat sampah sebaiknya dilapisi kantung plastik; Saluran TV diperbanyak.

So far it was a great stay but maybe they have to touch up the room facilities, fix up their wifi connection and TV. But overall it 's 9/10.
