Visit the Kinkakuji Temple.

About Kyoto and Nara Tour from Osaka

Explore Kinkaku-ji Temple and Nijo Castle, famous UNESCO World Heritage sites and Kinkaku-ji, a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf. Visit the Kyoto Imperial Palace, the Emperor's official residence in Kyoto, then drop by Nara Nagomikan before returning to Osaka.

Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed every public holiday. If closed, Kitano Tenmangu Shrine will be visited instead (beautiful during the plum blossom and autumn leaf seasons).
