The hotel is decent and worth the money paid. It was located in a good spot downtown, a close walk to shopping and food. The Mercure hotel behind it is connected and offers the amenities like pool and gym (and access to parking). The room itself was quite spacious but the beds and pillows were a bit old, and the AC wasn’t consistent, which made nights unforseeable. The staff was pleasant but they let us know they couldn’t clean the room after 2 pm; we waited an hour for a toilet paper refill. Rooms were quiet. Overall, a nice place downtown on a budget.

Great little hotel in the middle of Vella. Perfect base for a few days skiing with a hire car. Connected internally to the 4 star Mecure, you have the use of a lovely swimming pool, decent gym and sauna and a really good buffet breakfast. Such good value for money even if the decor is a little dated. Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Would return 100% if visiting for a few days skiing and needing a good value, comfortable and located base.

Marc at the front desk was one of the nicest attendants I’ve come across in my travels. The hotel is a bit older, but that is part of being in Andorra. It could use some small updates though. The room was clean, though the duvet was in the closet which was a little confusing at first. Overall a fine experience.

The hotel is absolutely ancient. The carpet was filthy and the bed was really old with squeaky springs. It's embarrassing they won't put any effort to refurbish the rooms.
Only plus side is the location and breakfast.

Great value option right in the heart of Andorra la Vella. It's worth adding the breakfast Buffet which is served over at the adjoining Mercure Hotel. There is also a gym and pool with jacuzzi and sauna that can be used there also.

Hotel is located on a very busy street. But it’s convenient to shopping. It’s part of a 2-3 hotel complex. Trying to figure out where to park was difficult. No parking at the hotel. They have a few parking spots in a near by garage for a fee. When we arrived they were full.

As many reviews have said; it's really rather dated. However, we found it to be a clean and economical choice. The reception staff were all really nice. Special mention of Gloria who was a ray of sunshine.
Water was always hot and the air-con worked well. Rooms seemed reasonably well sound isolated.
Location is excellent - half-way between the shopping intense area and the old town.

The room was basic and old fashioned, needs an update. The breakfast had a fantastic choice. The wellness suite and pool was excellent with a wonderful view. The position of the hotel was very central for shopping and sightseeing.

Hotel was in a great location for exploring Andorra La Vella. Room was spacious and had lovely window views, really the highlight of the room. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. Overall, pretty decent. Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was really quiet and no bar or restaurant open due to Covid and low season it seemed. The flooring/carpet in the room was terrible and in bad need of replacement. Floor was uneven and lumpy under very cheap carpeting that had stains and scuffs and marks. There was a vent just above the door in the room that kept blowing air that smelled of cigarette smoke, which was irritating, but both windows opened for fresh air so that was helpful. Overall fairly decent value.

The room was large and well located in main shopping area. The TV was old and the
room was slightly outdated but was good for me for the price. A bonus was the use of the pool, spa,
gym, and other facilities at their other hotel. Overall good value for price and location.

Nice hotel, affordable, however I was surprised by the "single use fee"; my dad was with me and we had to pay double the price due to that. If we had known this for sure and in advance we would have chosen a different place...
