A great location but a bit outdated. Definitely not 4 star. Unit overdue for a refurbishment. No services on site. Rubbish around the resort.

Disappointing. Nice location and quiet. However, dirty mugs in the cupboard, doona and sheets had old blood stains, kitchen sink still had scraps of food in it, stove top still dirty, couch was old. Cupboards hanging off hinges and handles upside down. If you’re short, you can’t reach them. Bed was comfortable though. Lovely view of the water.

We chose to stay here as there was photo's showing a bar and grill, we were coming for 2 nights and didn't want to have to come and go. There was absolutely no food options out there at all and at least 10 minutes from anywhere. They have gorgeous big spa's in the bedroom only you can't use them as spa's. I could go on, but there's only so much space. Would not recommend

This is my second stay in a month. Having the view of the ocean after a long drive is so relaxing. Enjoyed a quick swim in the pool upon arriving. The accommodation is clean and having a washing machine and dryer is a big plus.

Where do I start with what we didn't like. Check in was a nightmare and no one would answer our calls . Had to email, finally got a text with required code an hour after arrival but no call back. Zero personal service. Room was small which was ok but the shower in the spa bath was too difficult and dangerous for either of us to use. Website showed a restaurant but this was long shut so there was no access to food . Terrible terrible terrible. Would give s zero if I could . Entire property looked tired and run down. Upper cupboard was coming away from the wall in our room . Would never recommend.

Has great potential and would have been nice in its hey day but maintenance is lacking.
The room had mouldy grout, missing tiles in the bathroom, cracked fittings on the toilet and the sliding door on the master suite bathroom had been fitted with a barn door slider that didn’t allow the door to fully open or fully close. Both bathrooms also smelled like sewerage. Everything else was ok and the price was right but it was easy to see why it was cheap.

The beds were uncomfortable. No door to the bathroom. Cockroaches. No remote for the TVs The A/C remotes were flat - no battery Poor directional signage.
No dining options. Overall the property was in very poor condition.

Whole unit was such a mess
We stayed with 3 kids
All the carpets were filthy with bad smell
Bathroom and toilet floors were mouldy.
Poorly maintained property
I was not even near to 4 star property
Kitchen pots and pans were so old and filthy.
We had very unpleasant stay there.
Worse thing was there was no hot water on any tap.
Imagine you living with 1 year old and have no hot water.
Tried to call them never answered the call.
Reception was unattende whole time.
Very very disappointing stay
Never recommend to anyone
Total wastage of money
