The place was very tidy and we had everything that we needed. It had a smart TV with Netflix etc, a laundry and even though parts of the home was a little old, the bed was very comfortable with lovely white linen.
The balcony was a nice touch, although we couldn't work the switch outside to eat our late dinner so we sat inside. Nice to have airconditioning as it was a humid evening.

Unfortunately spa didn't work, toilet in the main bedroom had broken buttons that would stick and there is no dinning facilities anymore. Also unfortunately we had other cars in our car space. We have stayed there few times in the past but unfortunately the best unit..

Yeah, nah, it's a run-down hotel in desperate need of maintenance and a good clean. The location is the only redeeming aspect; the ocean views are nice.
Passive aggressive notes are a first for me in a hotel, but there was one indicating we would be charged an extra 50 bucks to use the top bunk. I doubt it's legal for them to exclude a bed from use just because they don't like making it after check-out.

The hotel is in a good location and has potential, but it is in need of some updates. While the common areas are acceptable, the rooms feel quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment, particularly the furniture, bathroom, and overall décor.
Cleanliness was reasonable, and staff were polite and helpful, which is appreciated. However, for the price, the facilities and room condition did not fully meet expectations. With some modern upgrades and attention to detail, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

Dishwasher was broken, dryer didn't work, balcony was filthy and the bed was too saggy to sleep in.
We requested a refund but was declined due to not complaining during our stay.

Would stay again. Read other reviews and was a little nervous, however this apartment was cleaner than a lot of 4-5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything worked except the microwave easy check in. I managed to lock myself onto the balcony and messaged the host (Xmas day) luckily I had my phone, they replied straight away and were so lovely not rude at all. Would definitely recommend this place

The unit was dirty and in poor condition. Broken furniture, no Wi-Fi, holes in the carpet, kitchen faucet not attached to the sink, shower hose leaking, door handles falling out or doors, etc. Check-in is tricky.

The apartment’s hygiene was horrible, and actually not suitable for offering to guests. I had to mop the floors, the cutlery and dishwasher was filthy. the pillows smelled. The bathroom is obviously unclean and smelled of mould, when running the shower the steam would set the fire alarm off.

The Property was in a good position with views of the ocean. the property needs some maintenance as there was a lot of wear and tear, things like the dishwasher hinge been broken, miss match cutlery and crockery and out of the 3 air conditioners there was only one that we could use as there was no remotes.

There was no hot water which they said they would send someone to fix but we waited and no one turned up. They said it was fixed in 4 hours which they expressed was ‘quick’ but the water didn’t get hot until the morning. They didn’t offer us any alternatives such as moving to another unit or a shower in the gym.?? They refused to phone us to discuss concerns of no hot water, poor communication, and dirty bathroom.

Ben was comfortable, cleanliness was disgusting, stains on cushions, dented fridge, heat pump not working, batteries in tv remote flat had to use my own. Dryer not working. I want a refund, not what I paid for as the photos are deceiving and not the same as what you get.

Very nice space, navigating was a little tricky as we arrived after dark but bed was comfy and the servo next door is surprisingly well stocked!
