Aqualuna was a wonderful quiet escape - easy walk to the beach - almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. I was a bit thrown by the lack of reception - it can be nice when there is a face to face experience, part of the customer experience. Did appreciate the fact that it put a pleasant resort into our price range.

The accommodation was overpriced for what you got. There were things on the carpet so you could tell it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. You couldn't enjoy the ocean view due to the rubbish smell when you opened the door. The pool and surrounds were nice and well kept. The lack of a reception made it difficult, when I did notify that the dishwasher didn't work I didn't even get a response. I had to find somewhere last minute so didn't have a lot of options, but I would not stay here again. The only saving grace was the pool.

Comfortable bed, nice pool, balcony and bbq. We didn’t like the damaged patio door lock, fly screen, patio table and no housekeeping, no shelves or hooks in bathroom, no oven or cookware as stated in Expedia King studio room description.

a run-down joint which should not be advertised as a RESORT. Upon arrival a sticker on the reception: self contained apartments and that has been the case for at least 2 years according to people running the petrol station right next to it. No security, so one night police had to come to control unruly guests.

Check in was easy. They send me a text message the day of check in with all the information I needed for my stay. Great communication from hotel. The villa was clean and tidy. There is a restaurant on the premises, tennis court, swimming pools, gym and beach is a short walk away. Will stay here again.

It was a fantastic 2 bedroom unit with 3 balconies and ocean views. A lovely place to stay, with access to the beach and good facilities. The fridge looked like it had encountered some very disrespectful guests recently, with surface damage, there was some other damages from seaside living or damaging guests, but still serviceable. Unfortunately the dryer and dishwasher were out of order with no communication about it, so we had to find out the hard way. And the automatic spraying air freshener was too intense and we had to put it outside until we were going, haha.
The communication and check in processes were really good. The room and linen ect were clean and well set up. We would stay here again.

There were a few maintenance issues., which were brought up to the host. Otherwise the room far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, and well presented. Communication was A . Very quick to respond, and very professional.

Property was tidy and clean. The apartment is basically equipped. Furnishing are dated and worn as is the overall property. The unit we were in had multiple steps to reach apartment from allocated car space.
