Beautiful view from the pool on the rooftop. Nice grass tennis court, great games room and lovely to have a spa bath in the room. Very friendly and accomodating staff.

Checkin was terrible and the admin staff were rude over the phone due to her family emergency so I was left outside for over an hour waiting to check in as no checkin after hour instructions where given with 2 small children asked for a light to be replaced on day 1 wasn't done until day 3 which I found out a-pound checkout it was an electrical fault but no communication or offer to change room where ever given No one was ever in reception Pool water smelt mouldy and not clean Found a roach in the room alive Dirty window Stains on mat in living area Unfinished, unsafe renovations No dooner covers Balcony furniture unsafe for balcony with kids as a climbing hazard due to balcony being narrow and furniture pushed against it No oven Broken fridge door Washing machine and dryer didn’t work properly Overall this is more like a motel and I wouldn’t pay more than $100 a night Only good thing this place had going was the views and location

Good apartment, spacious and good facilities. 2 bedroom unit had no air conditioning in bedrooms and general air con did not reach rooms. Very hot in bedrooms.

Property had good facilities - pools, games room, gym & common areas were well kept. Only negatives related to our room 6G, that although had fans in bedrooms, they were noisy & ineffective. Also shower head in main bathroom needs calcium clean or to be replaced. Generally good place to stay.

The unit was nice but it could have been clearer .The pool area is fabulous and close to the water .Couldn’t use the washing machine or dryer it is a all in one and had no instructions and the microwave and oven the same no instructions left and really not any good to cook things in .

Great location, great apartments. Would stay again.

The views from the apartment are great. However the apartment as such needs maintenance. Everything is falling apart.

Property is well located opposite the Broadwater we probably had unfortunately bad start as we were locked out on first afternoon as the lock was playing up and had to get staff to open and fix.Unit was not cleaned properly oven shelf had not been cleaned in ages was like new after a good clean rubbish was left in laundry cupboard and ensuite cupboard dryer was broken.Pool areas are fantastic and bbq facilities great.We would recommend and stay again.

Great little place, rooms had everything for. Short stay, and the roof top pool & BBQ meant there were options for enjoying the weather with meals! Will definitely stay here again.

Not the best place I’ve stayed, spacious living room but everything is a bit old and tired. Kitchen table and laundry hasn’t been cleaned properly. Lack of pots and pans (one small pot). Empty salt and pepper shakers. Not much live or care going on here. Long way from resteraunts but a quiet building and neighbourhood.

Amazing place to stay! If you have a big car you will not be able to fit in their parking and may have to park on the street (limited spaces on street)

Not very impressed with this property. Loose door handles, stains on walls, washing machine very dirty, shower leaked, toilet didn’t flush properly. First time we used the shower, the water came out brown and had bugs in it. Multiple cockroaches were found in our apartment during our 9 night stay. They also had maintenance on the garage door, which prevented us from leaving for a period of 4 hours on one of the days - we were very lucky we didn’t need to catch a plane home that day, as there was no notice given about this maintenance. It served the purpose of giving us somewhere to sleep on our holiday - but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Not enough items in kitchen for amount of people staying. No plastic glasses and plates so that you could take something into pool area. Sofas and some chairs were broken and kitchen and most things very dated and could do with a refresh. Rooftop pool is lovely, but need some shade up on the roof.

The matress were not of good quality. No air conditioning at rooms. Not up to 4 star standard as it claims.

Friendly staff an very safe place to stay

It was a great resort it has everything you needed pools tennis court games room gym and a great little coffee shop at front of it and across the road from the water and parks .

The beds were comfortable and had fresh sheets etc. but that was the main saving grace. The general cleanliness was quite poor. There was a stick vacuum provided but the battery was flat and we couldn't find a charger. -we are 76 years old so we weren't capable of using the dustpan and brush on the floor. There were 5 coffee and 5 tea sachets provided for a 5 day / 4 night stay. Tuff luck if you both like tea of coffee. We did ask for more but they never came! There were clothes left by a previous occupier in a draw and a cardboard tube (from wrapping paper?) - clearly unseen by the cleaners! We can only assume that "if it breaks, get rid of it". Curtain tracks in the bedroom, roller blinds in the bathrooms - all missing with clear signs on the original fixing hole remaining. A door on the upper kitchen cupboards clearly broken. The cleaner needs to look at the skirting behind the front door (absolutely filthy) and under the beds of the 2nd bedroom (empty bottles left by previous occupiers). Maybe go mad and return the dining table chairs and the outdoor setting chair to their rightful place? We did't use much of the pots and pans etc. in the kitchen - what we did use we washed BEFORE and AFTER use! An information folder would also be handy on how to operate the appliances etc. in the apartment.

Great spot just a shame about the cleaning looked to have been rushed and the bathrooms still had previous occupants hair all over the floor. Unsafe queen bed that rolled away from under you whenever you sat on it.

Room 5C was dirty, as we opened the door it smelt like dust. The washing machine had mould and dirt around the opening, the cushions on the couch and beds had stains on them, the cutlery was dirty. We left the balcony door open for a few hours while we did our usual shop for our stay on top of buying some cleaning products to wipe, clean the place down and wash the dishes/ cutlery that we would use. The washing machine we did not use at all which was disappointing.
