The property was in a beautiful, reasonably quiet location. It was close to good eateries and a short walk to a noce playground and the beach. The only downside is that there werent enough rubbish bags for our stay and it took us a few days to realise where we had to take our rubbish. It would have also been nice to have an extra packet of laundry detergent (so we could wash our towels) and dishwasher detergent to give us enough for 2 loads. Be aware that while our apartment was fairly well maintained, each of the apartments are independently owned so each is also independently renovated/decorated and quality can vary.

Checkin was terrible and the admin staff were rude over the phone due to her family emergency so I was left outside for over an hour waiting to check in as no checkin after hour instructions where given with 2 small children asked for a light to be replaced on day 1 wasn't done until day 3 which I found out a-pound checkout it was an electrical fault but no communication or offer to change room where ever given

Unfinished, unsafe renovations
No dooner covers
Balcony furniture unsafe for balcony with kids as a climbing hazard due to balcony being narrow and furniture pushed against it

The unit was nice but it could have been clearer .The pool area is fabulous and close to the water .Couldn’t use the washing machine or dryer it is a all in one and had no instructions and the microwave and oven the same no instructions left and really not any good to cook things in .

Property is well located opposite the Broadwater we probably had unfortunately bad start as we were locked out on first afternoon as the lock was playing up and had to get staff to open and fix.Unit was not cleaned properly oven shelf had not been cleaned in ages was like new after a good clean rubbish was left in laundry cupboard and ensuite cupboard dryer was broken.Pool areas are fantastic and bbq facilities great.We would recommend and stay again.

Not the best place I’ve stayed, spacious living room but everything is a bit old and tired. Kitchen table and laundry hasn’t been cleaned properly. Lack of pots and pans (one small pot). Empty salt and pepper shakers. Not much live or care going on here. Long way from resteraunts but a quiet building and neighbourhood.

Not very impressed with this property.
Loose door handles, stains on walls, washing machine very dirty, shower leaked, toilet didn’t flush properly. First time we used the shower, the water came out brown and had bugs in it. Multiple cockroaches were found in our apartment during our 9 night stay.
They also had maintenance on the garage door, which prevented us from leaving for a period of 4 hours on one of the days - we were very lucky we didn’t need to catch a plane home that day, as there was no notice given about this maintenance.
It served the purpose of giving us somewhere to sleep on our holiday - but we wouldn’t stay there again.
