ゴールドコーストから北に20分程の落ち着いた場所にあります。 アクセスは車一択でしょう。アパートメントホテルということですがホテル感なく、短期アパートを借りるという想定でいた方が無難です。 洗濯機・乾燥機が備わっており、調理に必要な器具も一通りそろっていますので、ゆっくり現地に住むように滞在したい方にはおすすめできます。 逆に基本的にベッドメーキングもありませんし、ゴミ捨ても各自でやらないと追加でFeeが掛かりますので、ホテルのサービスを期待して利用する方には向きません。 WiFiは各部屋では1日1時間だけ無料で利用できますが、速度は出ませんし、基本的に有料と考えた方がよいです。 総合して、価格に対して質はよくなかったと思います。

The room we booked looked nothing like the photos advertised. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with a strong wet‑carpet smell that made the whole space feel damp and poorly maintained. The walls were noticeably dirty, with marks and stains that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The furniture was also very outdated. Overall, the room felt neglected and far below the standard you’d expect for the price. It was a disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. Don’t waste your money, this is by far the worst place I’ve stayed.

Amenities and cleanliness

Queen bed broken, the centre legs gave no support, venitian blind in ensuite broken and inoperable. No block out curtain in 2nd bedroom allows excessive light in during the night, both showers do not have soap holders, electric cord broken and showing wires, mould in shower and curtain, dishwasher and other fittings rusty, water damage thru out unit, bed head in 2nd bedroom stained badly. Our complaint about the bed was ignored.after our first night and second night. We have photos of all this, how do we make a formal complaint against this property/apartment. Great spot and good value. We liked the rooftop pool

The balcony view was good but the condition of the interior of the rooms is run down, broken sinks and counters and some of the appliances are not working. The rooms need a revamp, as the photos do not necessarily match the outcome.

All was great, just the 3 adults [no kids!] in one room doesn't fit well. And 1 of the bed terrible mattress. To clean the kitchen surfaces would have been good to have a cloth.

Clean room and nice pool

staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the amenities were exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. Everything felt well organized and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Spectacular view from balcony, parking was Very hard to do, room was ok but not happy with kitchen as I was unable to cook meals due to lack of suitable pots and pans

Great staff. The lady at the counter was very nice and explained everything and was not bothered at all that we were running late for check out. Very pleasant

Balcony view was great and check in staff friendly. Sadly the unit wasn’t very clean.

The on-site property manger was excellent, very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Fantastic family friendly close to everything if you have a vehicle. Beach front, secure parking cafe in building.

We liked the outlook from the balcony and being across the road from the beach. Staff responded quickly to issues with tv and air dryer for clothes. We did not like the noise from the road traffic and insufficient cutlery which was also mismatched. Main bathroom shower floor is very slippery and dangerous. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Apartment very tired and needs updating.

I loved the spaciousness, location and friendly receptionist

This is a reasonably priced place for what it is. It's a little dated and in need of some TLC in the apartment we stayed in. We had a waterfront 2 bedroom and it was very noisy with traffic. Some very simple additions and updates would make it a lot better. Spend some money on the unit, not a lot but a repaint and new carpet, mattresses were uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Some basic condiments like salt and pepper and oil for cooking. More than one sachet of dishwashing powder or waching powder also. Internet kept dropping out so I had to use my own for working as it was not usable and reliable. Overall it is a case of getting what you pay for. Absolutely fine for the price, but don't expect Gold Coast water front luxury

Facilities at the place are amazing. 2 pools & spas. Tennis courts and plenty of sun loungers
