ゴールドコーストから北に20分程の落ち着いた場所にあります。 アクセスは車一択でしょう。アパートメントホテルということですがホテル感なく、短期アパートを借りるという想定でいた方が無難です。 洗濯機・乾燥機が備わっており、調理に必要な器具も一通りそろっていますので、ゆっくり現地に住むように滞在したい方にはおすすめできます。 逆に基本的にベッドメーキングもありませんし、ゴミ捨ても各自でやらないと追加でFeeが掛かりますので、ホテルのサービスを期待して利用する方には向きません。 WiFiは各部屋では1日1時間だけ無料で利用できますが、速度は出ませんし、基本的に有料と考えた方がよいです。 総合して、価格に対して質はよくなかったと思います。

Balcony view was great and check in staff friendly. Sadly the unit wasn’t very clean.

The on-site property manger was excellent, very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Fantastic family friendly close to everything if you have a vehicle. Beach front, secure parking cafe in building.

We liked the outlook from the balcony and being across the road from the beach. Staff responded quickly to issues with tv and air dryer for clothes. We did not like the noise from the road traffic and insufficient cutlery which was also mismatched. Main bathroom shower floor is very slippery and dangerous. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Apartment very tired and needs updating.

I loved the spaciousness, location and friendly receptionist

This is a reasonably priced place for what it is. It's a little dated and in need of some TLC in the apartment we stayed in. We had a waterfront 2 bedroom and it was very noisy with traffic. Some very simple additions and updates would make it a lot better. Spend some money on the unit, not a lot but a repaint and new carpet, mattresses were uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Some basic condiments like salt and pepper and oil for cooking. More than one sachet of dishwashing powder or waching powder also. Internet kept dropping out so I had to use my own for working as it was not usable and reliable. Overall it is a case of getting what you pay for. Absolutely fine for the price, but don't expect Gold Coast water front luxury

Facilities at the place are amazing. 2 pools & spas. Tennis courts and plenty of sun loungers

It is one of the best stays we ever had. Staff was fantastic. The views are breathtaking. Kitchen a bit small.

Great location and very clean

The property was in a beautiful, reasonably quiet location. It was close to good eateries and a short walk to a noce playground and the beach. The only downside is that there werent enough rubbish bags for our stay and it took us a few days to realise where we had to take our rubbish. It would have also been nice to have an extra packet of laundry detergent (so we could wash our towels) and dishwasher detergent to give us enough for 2 loads. Be aware that while our apartment was fairly well maintained, each of the apartments are independently owned so each is also independently renovated/decorated and quality can vary.

Easy access to beach.it was very spacious and clean.

Room did not look at all like the photos. Wasn't modern nor freshly decorated. Needed a deep clean and modernising. Location was good and pretty quiet.

Beautiful view from the pool on the rooftop. Nice grass tennis court, great games room and lovely to have a spa bath in the room. Very friendly and accomodating staff.

Checkin was terrible and the admin staff were rude over the phone due to her family emergency so I was left outside for over an hour waiting to check in as no checkin after hour instructions where given with 2 small children asked for a light to be replaced on day 1 wasn't done until day 3 which I found out a-pound checkout it was an electrical fault but no communication or offer to change room where ever given No one was ever in reception Pool water smelt mouldy and not clean Found a roach in the room alive Dirty window Stains on mat in living area Unfinished, unsafe renovations No dooner covers Balcony furniture unsafe for balcony with kids as a climbing hazard due to balcony being narrow and furniture pushed against it No oven Broken fridge door Washing machine and dryer didn’t work properly Overall this is more like a motel and I wouldn’t pay more than $100 a night Only good thing this place had going was the views and location

Good apartment, spacious and good facilities. 2 bedroom unit had no air conditioning in bedrooms and general air con did not reach rooms. Very hot in bedrooms.

Property had good facilities - pools, games room, gym & common areas were well kept. Only negatives related to our room 6G, that although had fans in bedrooms, they were noisy & ineffective. Also shower head in main bathroom needs calcium clean or to be replaced. Generally good place to stay.

The unit was nice but it could have been clearer .The pool area is fabulous and close to the water .Couldn’t use the washing machine or dryer it is a all in one and had no instructions and the microwave and oven the same no instructions left and really not any good to cook things in .
