Had a room facing the woods and valley - a great view. Very comfortable but a little chilly until we asked for a couple of extra heaters for our two rooms, which were brought straight away.
The bar menu dinner and extensive breakfast buffet were both fine for us four vegetarians.

Arrived in an absolute blizzard so it was great to enter our lovely split level, warm and cosy room. Apart from the weather everything here was great. Excellent breakfast buffet, lovely dinner and very interesting gallery to wander through.

Staff / conditions were excellent. I saw the general manager onsite so introduced myself and told him he was running a great team who looked after the guests extremely well. Clean, onsite dining, a short drive to the rangers station to catch a bus to the Lakes and walks. Tracks close to rooms. An overall excellent experience. Snowed, rained, sunny in one day - pack / wear appropriate clothing.

Great location for park access and walks. High standard location. Good bed and shower. We had breakfast included which was hearty and a good start for our two walks - Dove Lake circuit and Dove Lake to Ronny crossing vis Crater Lake. Awesome!!
