Beautiful property in a stunning location! The staff were amazing, very helpful and always friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The food was delicious, with the menu offering enough variety that we didn’t order the same thing twice. Our whole experience was just perfect, wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend

The price was quite expensive, but I guess this is the price to pay for the unique nature of the place. The Mountain views are worth it. The restaurant was quite good, although not a big variety of food. The transportation to the mountain is orderly and convenient. Wild life and flora- amazing!

Our room was lovely, the dining room had awesome food and the breakfast was huge. We had a fantastic sitting room next door to our room with a fireplace that was comfortable and peaceful when it was raining outside. The art gallery was very interesting and it wasnt far to Cradle Mountain. Can really recommend this place.

Very over priced for what we received, our room was next to the walk way and lounge area, it was noisy and the shower was leaking the bathroom floor was always wet. We paid $866 for two nights the rooms were very basic for that price.

For the price of the room, it was very dated and lacked basic features expected of accomodation now days. It reminded me of a standard hotel room 20 years ago, both of features and styling. I would not stay here again until significant improvments to the facilities are made. the bathroom in particular can use a major overhual. For instance, the spa advertised with the room barely worked and was extremely noisey. Not worthy of the $547/ night price tag.

We were given a random compliant art upgrade and in accepting it I informed the team member we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. To our surprise and delight there was a chilled
bottle of Pipers sparkling wine awaiting us with a handwritten card of congratulations. This was a personal touch that we very much appreciated. Thanks for making our stay extra special. The room quality and the restaurant experience were superb.
