The location of the hotel was within a walking distance to many attractions. Lots of options for eating and shopping nearby. The rooms were extremely clean . Check in and check out service were very efficient. Breakfast was ok all the basics on offer, coffee part of breakfast was very ordinary. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff, modern comfortable rooms, a great onsite restaurant, and excellent location away from the CBD hustle and bustle. Highly recommended and we’ll certainly be back again.

Had issue during check-in where paid for inclusions (free parking, free breakfast, late checkout) weren't on the booking. Seems like a communication breakdown between hotel and hotels.com. Fixing it took time and required me to talk with the front desk and talk to a hotels.com agent several times.

Great beds. Good blockout curtains. Good customer service. Close to shops. Close to transport.
Housekeeping staff seem overworked. On one evening bedroom still not cleaned at 7.30 at night as I think missed due to oversight.
Did need to ask for empty bathroom products to be refilled which were empty in entry and should have been noticed in room clean. First impressions matter.
A great hotel we have been going to for over six years but a few areas showing some wear and tear. When you are paying 4 star rates in Sydney you don’t expect towels which are thin, washers with holes, inconsistent pillow wear. Hopefully the prior standard here is returned.

My stay was fabulous! The lovely lady at the front desk was so kind and cheerful when greeting me! My room was changed to an accessible room, but also received a free room upgrade due to this! I mentioned I was visiting for my birthday at check-in, and the lady had chocolate cake sent to my room with a birthday greeting.
Breakfast buffet had so many options and was very tasty!
Losing one star because the pillows had some sort of smoky smell, mentioned this to the front desk upon check out.
Overall a really great stay!! Would recommend to anyone!

This relatively inexpensive hotel at the southern end of the city was a pleasant surprise. The area has significantly gentrified since I was a student at UTS in the late 1970s. The hotel itself is modern and well presented. The nearby Spice Alley is definitely worth a visit for a huge variety of inexpensive Asian cuisine.

We stayed here this time last year and we could not believe it was the same hotel.
It had improved 10 times over and we were extremely happy with our stay and congratulate and thank everyone from the cleaning staff to the top.
The only issue is the tv reception regarding getting streaming services. We had someone come to our room 3 times over our stay but the difficulty could not be resolved
