Very small rooms and bathrooms. The ad was a bit misleading. I expected evening meals.
However it was conveniently located, very clean and the staff were helpful.

While this hotel is my go to, this time it really bothered me.
Besides the bed being uncomfortable and not enough pillows (probably should've asked for more), there was a sewage smell every so often in the room.
The walls are thin enough that you can hear the people in the room next to you, and don't get me started on the hallway size.
Not the hotels fault but rather existing guests, letting their doors slam shut at 1am without concern for those around them.
The peephole in the door, left an annoying light coming through too.
In other news, breakfast was amazing with a full selection of items, so you certainly don't go hungry and was reasonably priced.

An overnight stay after a sporting event. Close to all travell places, as well as hospitality. I've stayed here quite a few years ago and clearly the hotel has freshened up the place. Will return

It was quieter than expected for such a central location. The only noise really was with the renovations, which we were notified about, and which didn’t start too early, ie would not have woken people up!
I look forward to returning next week.

The Hotel was convenient to major Train Station and SkyBus stop from the Airport. It was walking distance to a tram stop (convenient for free tram area in the city), several restaurants, fast food outlets, and an IGA supermarket.
The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was manned 24/7.
All in all a great place to stay in Melbourne CBD for a reasonable price.
