Clean room. Great price.

Hotel being renovated. Room good and comfortable. Slept well each night for 4 nights.

The staff are amazing, very accommodating. I am sure the foyer will look great once renovations are complete. The room was excellent, the hotel is very convenient to the trams and trains. The only downside was other guests being too noisy during the night (not hotels fault). We definitely recommend

Ideal location. Team nembers very obliging h helpful. Renovations in progress had little effect on my stay. Small room, but ideal for my requirements. Great value for money.

Only stairs available to reception. Reception was also being redecorated with new floor tiles. We had no prior warning of this.

Best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, good water heat and pressure, day staff were lovely. Check-in machines didn't work so there was a queue for check-in which wasn't ideal at midnight. Small note to the property: One staff member on check-in tried to talk us into not getting the free shuttle bus to the terminal the next day but walking instead, which, with heavy bags plus carry-on (even on wheels) isn't super comfortable or efficient (15min walk to T2). Not sure if management try to get them to do this but it doesn't make you feel very welcome - also the shuttle we took had nobody in it except us so not like there was an over-booking problem.

Overall a very comfortable stay. The only complaint is that the wardrobe was quite dusty and definitely needs a clean. The bed provided a good night’s sleep and we would stay there again.

Renovations make the foyer a real mess at the moment. Steps are a problem with heavy luggage. A Porter might help.

Does what it says on the tin! The reception area was in a bit of a rough shape due to renovations that were happening but other then that the room was clean and comfy and located in a convenient location and so was exactly what I needed ⭐️

This property was horrible. Realise its a cheap hotel but you'd still expect a level of cleanliness. Pillow cases were stained, walls and room door was damaged and shower was mouldy. Everything gelt like it needed a good clean. Staff were friendly and had great customer service but thats where it stops unfortunately

This hotel is old but was undergoing construction my room smelled like smoke. I won’t stay here again.

This property was under construction, my room was on top of a restaurant that was banging pots until 1am, there was no sound proofing between rooms. It was very loud.

The property is u dergoing some major renovations which is a little off-putting as you first enter. Once inside there’s some lovely history architectural elements of the old building. Overall very clean although a little tired. Staff were attentive, gym was well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms clean and updated. Location ideal within walking distance to everything we needed. However unable to sleep well as it’s VERY noisy. There’s no soundproofing between floors & rooms so constantly woken by other noises. Unfortunately one morning at around 5:50 AM woken by some EXTREMELY loud property maintenance right outside my window there was no forewarning or notification. We were staying for a work expo and only managing around 4-5 hours sleep was very disappointing and obviously not ideal. Would probably not stay here again for this reason.

Shame about the building works going on at hotel entrance....took away the good check in experience
