The staff was so helpful. We were able to store our luggage for free and they were able to offer suggestions to coffee shops in the local area. We were on a bit of a budget and this hotel exceeded our expectations!

Good budget place to stay. Close to Southern Cross and Skybus. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Only annoyance is the noise from doors slamming and other guests going by outside your room.

I had low expectations of this hotel but everything else was booked out during the Australian Open - and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is spotlessly clean and while the room was relatively small, the bathroom and all facilities were modern and clean. The location close to Southern Cross station was also good. I would come back here.
