Good location. Have decent facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. I booked a single room, it's small but still okay for 1 person. It's a nice stay. You need to climb stairs to go to the lobby, need some effort if you have big luggage.

Everything was good. Near to many places, exactly in the heart of Melbourne CBD.

Ibis Styles Kingsgate, it's just walking distance from Southern Cross Station and easy access to go around to Melbourne city center, love it.

My stay was generally pleasant, but since the hotel was under renovation during my visit, there was quite a lot of dust. I believe once the renovation is completed, the experience will be much better.

The hotel is located close to southern cross station. The location also close to tram on bourke street or collins street. For family, the room is too small, the bathroom is tiny. When we get there the hotel is still under-construction, so some alleys look like a mess.

Good location, clean room, friendly staf. Hopefully, one day I can back to Australia particularly Melbourne.
