Checkin with Bella was easy quick & very nice. I was offered a bottle of wine for my birthday which was lovely. Also the service offering drinks while waiting for checkin/out was a really nice touch

Welcoming from the moment I stepped inside, reception staff ✅ (Daniel=brilliant), easy minimalistic check-in & express checkout, I was looked after with a terrific view of Sydney Harbour Bridge from my room which was pre-warmed on a chilly winter day. I can’t say enough how comfortable and luxurious the pillows were, comfy bed, everything I could have wished for. Will return when ever I visit Sydney

This hotel was located near the transportation hub, which made getting around Sydney and to/from the airport easy. I never had to walk far for anything. The breakfast was great, both the buffet and the in-room dining. The staff saved me a few dollars by allowing me to borrow an umbrella. This was my first stay, and it set a high bar.
