Leonardo Hotel Vienna Hauptbahnhof

Excellent hotel to use as a base for Vienna exploration and as well as for a long layover.

Two adults and one teen boy, spent 3 nights at Leonardo . We chose this location as we were coming from Budapest and going to Prague. We selected the triple room, but the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable for my son. We asked for an extra blanket for cushion, but it never came.. king bed was large and comfortable. Location is great , we mostly walked everywhere!! Hotel is very clean , staff is nice and friendly. Room small but good enough for our needs as we were out all day. The only thing I found inconvenient is that there are NO hooks or shelves to hang anything, even to dry towels after shower. And .. NO door to the shower area which is all glass. So we had to do .. no peeking rule and not using the sink area while someone in the shower .. clean sheets , comfy pillows. Breakfast was a huge plus! Plenty of options, good fresh food and good coffee! Fruits , vegetables, eggs , cold cuts all were very tasty and the staff replenished very quickly. Busy hotel but served well our purposes, we enjoyed our visit!!

The property was very clean, neat easily available near the train station. The staff was very welcoming and very courteous room was comfortable neat and clean.
