Great stay just next to Wien Train Station! What a convenient and comfortable stay.

A great location right opposite the main railway station which suited us perfectly. The hotel room was clean and fuctional. Excellent selection of hot & cold buffet breakfast. Note that it is outside the main city center, but there's a convenient tram stop opposite the hotel to get to the center of Vienna (about a 20 min journey). We even managed to fit in a day trip to Bratislava which is only an hour by train. A perfect hotel in a great location. There are also quite a few shops in the train station opposite.

I had to go down to the desk twice to have my safe fixed before I could go to sleep after an international flight that left me exhausted. (And I let them know that I needed sleep.) Still I waited over an hour before going down the second time. I finally got into bed when the technician came back because he'd apparently just received the second message - I was not pleased. Also, they only have air conditioning during the warmer months, so it was too warm to sleep comfortably.

Everything is great, good service, they clean your room if you request using the door hanger, good breakfast, and the best is that is right in front of Wien Hauptbanhof (main train, metro and bus hub) you can grab a metro to Stephanplatz downtown the same as you grab a train to Salzburg or Prague. Great location really. Only con is the shower, it has no door and one of the walls is a window floor to ceiling covered by a vertical blinder plus on the side of the missing door bu the closet, there is a whole body mirror to admire yourself in the nude, or whomever is staying with you since they can see you from an angle with no issue. Great price too. Vienna is such a beautiful city.

This was a good business hotel, well located near the station with comfortable quiet rooms and a great breakfast. My only grumble is the lack of working air conditioning in the rooms, i'm not sure if it was that the aircon was broken or just non-existent but when the weather was hot the rooms got really difficult to sleep in. That would probably have tipped this into a 9/10 stay for me.

The best part about the hotel was its location. It was next to the train station and underground. There was a tram that ran from near the hotel to downtown. Very convenient. The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfasts was very poor value for money...as a vegan there was no hot food ( mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes ) and no dairy substitutes like cheese or yogurt available. There should be a warning when booking that €18 is too much for fruit juice, granola and toast. I spoke to the manager but he wasn't bothered. We had a torn curtain in our room but otherwise it was clean and quiet and felt safe.
