The room was spacious and comfortable. The area by the pool was well kept and it is a great place to relax while watching the beautiful mountains in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient area in the city. Breakfast was very good, but they need to replace the dishes more often. They need to keep in mind that it is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Some of the days I was not able to eat scrambled eggs, because the pot was very small and the kitchen staff did not replace it. Also the cheese bread were delicious, but for a few times they almost let it burned. A suggestion for the tables: cover them with plastic table cloth so it will be easier to clean and the table cloth will not get dirty as we saw. We spent 3 weeks in the hotel. It is a nice hotel, cleaned lobby and common areas.

The Hotel in general was Good, but the bedroom cleaning wasn’t. The restroom was smelling bad. The licalization was great and the reception team was good as well. The breakfast was pretty good.

Great value! Staff are courteous. Location was very ideal considering the city had a street festival in the day we stayed. Definitely coming back!

I was staying at a hostel that didn’t have AC. I noticed this hotel as I was walking past it. I asked if they had rooms available and was told yes and the rates. I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

I traveled from America to visit my girlfriend in Brazil and every time we came back to the hotel, she was immediately stopped at the the elevator and treated as if she had some type of disease. She was told that I wasn't allowed to have visitors in my room which is weird because I am a 54 year old man and a paying customer. I checked out of my room early the next day . 4 days remaining on my stay and I was never offered my money back or any type of reimbursement. Very shady experience. I've traveled many places but never have been told I couldn't have visitors in my room. And they kept my money !! Don't come to this place!! They treat you as if you're in a concentration camp !

Dayrell Hotel is an older property located near Santuário São José church in the center of Belo Horizonte. It is well kept and well managed. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very nice and helpful. We enjoyed walking and exploring the area around the hotel during the day time. Good value for money!

The check is slow takes long to complete , the system seems to be out of date. The bathroom faucet, pipes are too old , the water doesn’t flow well . The bide cover is damaged . The internet signal is very poor .

Rooms are very spacious and clean, a little outdated but overall a nice place.

The staff cannot speak English. And I didn't receive our receipts. I order 2 rooms for 3 persons. But I just received ONE room receipt. I need another room receipt for my claims.
