The hotel was just fine. The clerk at check-in was extremely helpful and got me a room right by the elevator because of my bad back. Very quiet and a great stay. The problem with the breakfast was the same as with supper. There was nobody to take care of any of the guests and both times I had to wait for up to 10 minutes for somebody to show up. They don't seem to have any ability to service the hostess desk and you actually have to go into the dining room and go hunting for somebody. What a pain. This completely ruined my experience in the dining room.

Parking was all full, wifi worked intermittently, hot tub water had small fibers , hot tub jets not working properly. Previous suite occupants or cleaning staff had left window ajar behind curtain which we only discovered the morning after first night while investigating cause of unpleasantly cold overnight room temperature.

The pool was closed for maintenance during their open hours. We chose to stay there so our kid could go swimming at 830am only to find out they decided to start maintenance early and wouldn’t be done till 10am??? Super disappointed kid on our hands. Upon checking into the first room my wife went to open the window and the whole window pane fell out into her arms….. I placed it back as best I could and went down to request an immediate room change. A strange old musky smell throughout the building and our 2nd room smelt of vinegar. Restaurant was delicious but very overpriced. Staff were super friendly. We will never stay here again. Too many issues to count.
