Every stay at Chateau Jasper feels like coming home, and this recent visit was no exception. As someone who truly values a peaceful and welcoming environment, I am always blown away by the genuine hospitality here.
From the front desk staff—who are incredibly accommodating and friendly—to the maintenance team, pool support, and restaurant staff, everyone I encountered was more fantastic than the last. You can tell the team here truly cares.
The atmosphere attracts wonderful, community-minded guests as well. Whether I was in the restaurant, checking in, or relaxing in the hot tub, every interaction was positive. It’s the perfect base for anyone looking to experience the beauty of nature while feeling fully supported by a stellar team. I’m already looking forward to my next stay! Thank you, Chateau Jasper

room was very clean, we were assigned in room 128. staff were nice and friendly. Mike from housekeeping was very helpful and assisted us while he was cleaning the room next to ours. the basement parking was easy and convenient. my children love the indoor pool. the only negative during our stay is that some jets in the hot tub were not working. other than that, everything was good. highly recommend staying here.

The town itself is quiet and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel was spotless, with clean and well-maintained facilities. What stood out the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. After we had checked out, we realized our child had lost something very precious. When we returned, all the staff worked together to help us find it. Thanks to their warm-hearted support, we were able to recover it.
We will never forget their kindness.

We enjoy our time here. It’s truly dog friendly, the staff is very kind and efficient and the hotel is in relatively good shape. The pool is small but clean and a great time.

The bathtub tap had to be repaired as it broke in the morning when trying to get ready to go skiing. Instead of offering another room we were given use of another room to get ready. This delayed our start to the day when we were supposed to be skiing. The tap was never fully repaired as it leaked for the rest of our stay.
The hot tub was out of service, with no notification upon check-in. We found out at the time we went to use it.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours and people in the hall way.
