The town itself is quiet and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel was spotless, with clean and well-maintained facilities. What stood out the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. After we had checked out, we realized our child had lost something very precious. When we returned, all the staff worked together to help us find it. Thanks to their warm-hearted support, we were able to recover it. We will never forget their kindness.

We stayed one night on a family trip to the Rocky Mountains. It was good except that the room assigned was on the first floor. However, it was cheaper than the pre-booked price because there were many empty rooms on the day I went.

We checked in and were given keys to a room which was already occupied. The property manager offered free breakfast for a day to make up for the mistake; however, this is not something I have experienced before. Otherwise, very average rooms. The restaurant is the highlight.

This property is closer to restaurants and shops.

The check-in staff was super helpful in getting us a room that was accessible for a mobility-challenged guest. The rooms were very clean. We really have no complaints. The breakfast buffet was not included, but we tried it once. There are better alternatives.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was updated wit a walk in shower and granite sink counter. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Would book again if we ever return to Jasper.

Generally the property is old. The rooms are clean and bed are comfortable. Otherwise, it is just ok. Staff are efficient but no wow factor. 15min walk to downtown. Free parking.
