We stayed one night on a family trip to the Rocky Mountains. It was good except that the room assigned was on the first floor. However, it was cheaper than the pre-booked price because there were many empty rooms on the day I went.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable.However, the was no bar or dining facilities available for the majority of our stay. In addition, the hot tub was simply a hot bath with no jets. Parking was problematic at times and there was much noise from other guests.

Staff went out of their way and service was great! shout out to staff on marmot ski hii also excellent service!

Run down and dated, rooms and hallways need touch up’s and paint. Quiet night and great pillows. Staff friendly and kind. Restaurant on site under staffed 45 min wait to eat, food came out cold.

Have stayed here several times before and has always been great. We stayed in a room with two queen beds. Room was spacious and has everything we need! Coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, etc. Check in was quick, staff was great. Will stay again next time in town!

Another great stay at Chateau Jasper. Friendly and efficient staff as always. Room was in good condition. Pool and hot tub are always fun. Had two great meals at the Silverwater Grill.

Great hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Underground parking is a nice bonus.

This is our groups 8th year staying here, and it is always good.

Very nice rooms. Loved the underground parking. The only bad thing was that breakfast was not available the days we were at the property.

Great location, kids enjoyed the pool. Needs to be renovated, dated and hot tub jets don’t work.

Booked not being informed the restaurant was closed the first three days of every week. No place to eat!
