Convent, easy parking, clean

The bathtub tap had to be repaired as it broke in the morning when trying to get ready to go skiing. Instead of offering another room we were given use of another room to get ready. This delayed our start to the day when we were supposed to be skiing. The tap was never fully repaired as it leaked for the rest of our stay. The hot tub was out of service, with no notification upon check-in. We found out at the time we went to use it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours and people in the hall way.

Great service, large, clean room

Everything are all good

This was my first stay in Jasper, and I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s clean, cozy, and the staff are friendly, professional, helpful, and responsive. The underground parking is super convenient, especially in winter. My kids like the hotel too, and it’s now our go-to place to stay in Jasper. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it. From the outside it looks a bit old, like many buildings in Jasper, but inside it’s well kept, warm, and charming with a rustic cabin feel that fits the mountain vibe perfectly.

Room was ok. Unground parking was nice. They had a TV glitch which made all TVs in the hotel go off constantly between 1am and 3am. We eventually unplugged the TV. No offer of apology was given, just "I can imagine how inconvenient that must must have been". Very disappointed in how that was handled.

The Service not too good in dining room. We were seated and no waitress asked if we wanted drink or coffee. They did not ask if we wanted the buffet or to order off the menu. About 15 mins went by we finely went up to have the buffet we could not wait. Then 10 min went buy and finely someone ask if we would have some water so threw are meal no coffee.

We stayed here for 4 nights over fall break 2025. The room was adequate, but nothing special. The restaurant was very pricey, so we ate elsewhere. The big disappointment was that the hot tub in the pool area never worked properly our entire stay; the water was hot but the jets didn't work.

Quiet location, kind staff, underground parking. Nice place for small family.

Decent place, nice facilities, a bigger or second hot tub would be nice. A bit more parking, not much to criticize.

Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience. Our room was dedinately not clean on arrival. Ended up moving to another hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Spacious room. Appreciate the food prep/drinks area.
