The hotel is easy to get to. If you have a bigger vehicle, it won't fit in the underground parking. Room is clean. Staff are very friendly. Walking distance to downtown Banff.

Staff were great to interact with. Found brown markings on the sheet and they were replaced without issue. Hot tub/sauna was nice. An upgrade would be good but its what you would expect for 3 star hotel.
