Something in the room made us cough and sneeze for a couple of hours until we could air the room out (we don't have allergies). We should have complained immediately but didn't.

The staff are prompt to respond to your concerns. Just tell them what you feel is not right. E.g, heat/AC, was rectified immediately. Goood customer service!

Dislike, I really wanted to watch the hockey game that was on that night , but the TV in our room was horrible, it was almost impossible to watch.Everything else about our stay was good . Thank you

Walking distance to downtown area. spacious and nice patio for our cat to be curious of her new surrounding. Very nice staff❤️❤️❤️

Nice room but old property. Bed was too hard. So were pillows.

We had a great time here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a Mountain View and we had everything we needed to keep us comfortable for our weeks stay. We slept really well in the beds. We had a kettle, hairdryer and alarm clock if needed. The housekeepers came in daily with fresh towels. The laundry facilities were good. Overall we really enjoyed our week at Irwin’s and would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff at Front Desk, we were attending a wedding in town, and asked for early check in, they accommodated us, at arrival, friendly staff, front Desk, Our nice mountain view unit, just became little noisy, in the morning with the cleaning staff, in the hallway.

Convenient for those who like to shop and eat down town! Parking can be tight, but at least it’s available. Hallways are very narrow and tricky to navigate but no problem when you get the hang of it! Also brought my dog and they were great with him!!

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are ok. Comfortable beds. Hallways colours and stair carpets could use some modernization.

Nice one night stay

Staff at the reception Mayh was super helpful and friendly and looked after us throughout our stay. They provided us with the free transit pass and free parking on premises. Housekeeping every day kept the room in the best shape. I highly recommend this place!

It was a nice basic hotel rooms were renovated at some point not long ago. The parking for large trucks is limit outside maybe 8 outdoor spots on premises but there is some underground for smaller vehicles. The carpet in the hallways looks well loved but don’t let that fool you the rooms were in decent shape. About a 15 minute walk to main part of Banff. The hostel is on one side and red carpet on the other.
