The room was clean and well-equipped with useful amenities, including a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and hair dryer. The hotel also provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get in and out of Banff town. There is also a restaurant right below the hotel, which was very convenient for grabbing breakfast before an early start. One thing to note is that the parking lot fills up quickly. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Banff, especially if you’re planning early morning trips around the national park. ⭐⭐⭐⭐😄

Stayed in one of the suites for 3 nights. Very spacious bedrooms with fridge and coffee maker, separate basin and bath/ toilet area. Parking was fine and easy access to Banff town, 10 min walk. Also given complimentary bus pass which was very useful for visiting the gondola, fairmont hotel, and tunnel mountain. We had breakfast and meals in town although restaurant in hotel. Loved Banff despite weather being a bit mixed.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite. Only problem: PARKING! Very limited spaces and tight.
