I would like to mention that this property is amazing. The location is excellent, with easy walking access to the village. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. During our trip, my son became sick, and I contacted both Expedia and the hotel to request a change to my booking. I honestly did not expect my request to be approved, but both Expedia and Whistler Village Inn Suites were very accommodating and understanding. I truly appreciated their kindness and flexibility during a stressful situation. I would also like to thank the receptionist "Happy " , who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and informative. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend this property to others.

Excellent Village location right in the middle of everything. The Room 511, was conveniently located near elevators and front desk. Parking was secured and easy to navigate. Near everything in the village with a 10 minute walk to Blackcomb….would stay here again.

It was quite warm on the day we arrived and the room has a portable airconditon unit and they were not turned on and the temperature is 30C in the room, after running it for long hours it did not cool down the room. Maintenance checked it, and said it operating normal but it still did not cool down the room. We didn't had a comfortable stay in this place. Manager or staff didn't follow up either.
