Perfect spot for us as we needed something close to blackcomb gondola. 8 minute walk. From Bus drop head by Tim Hortons/visitor center on the right side. Through walkway then bear right toward totem pole to get to the front desk head up the long flights of stars as will be located on the second floor. This particular room is located in D wing. So where you come in from Tim Hortons cross the walk way to the opening to a little garden stay left and access to D building elevator is there. Amazing staff all happy! and very helpful. Clean, would be nice to have access to a pool but other wise great. Recommend if needed white noise to cancel out some of the noise from the street below and pedestrian walk way to put the fan on in the bathroom. Bring salt and pepper ! lol but there was coffee and sugar provided

Clean room and lenins. Kitchenette had everything that was needed to make quick meals. It wouldhave been nice if there were bowls for cereal. Cozy rooms. Beds were really comfy. Overall a very pleasant experience. Happy to recommend to any one.

It was a marvellous stay. The room was perfect for a couple. Kitchenette offered the flexibility of having meals in. The kitchen was fully equipped, including paper towel (which many places don’t have). Hang Tag app worked very well for parking and parking stalls were ample size. Ski storage worked great. Location was readily accessible to the entire Whistler village area. Loved it. We’ll be back next season.

Parking is a bit of a maze. An elevator was out of service and had been for a long time. The hot tub has been out of service for years. I couldn't access my room until they replaced the battery in the card reader. The entire hotel is in need of upgrades/refresh. That said, the bed was comfortable, the fireplace worked, the microwave worked. The location is excellent.

We stayed at Whistler Peak Lodge many times for our annual snowboarding trips and the accommodations were great. However, our stay for this season did not meet our expectations. The fireplace switch was broken, the bathroom fan kept turning on and off by itself, one of the elevators were out of order, the advertised sauna and jacuzzi were also out of order. We were told they have been out of order for four years. We hope to continue booking at this property in the future, hoping that some of these issues will be fixed.

I was happy with the room but unhappy with the clientele. I had loud you g people yelling in the hallway and pounding on my door two nights in a row. Tge second night they pounded twice and knocked on my door twice. I was a bit scared as Ivwas alone in the room. There is no security in the hotel and no one could come to assist or investigate. I called the front desk and someone pounded on my door while I was on the phone so he could hear it. Luckily they eventually went somewhere but the second night they hung around outside of my door for quite awhile.

The location of the lodge is great. However, we always felt lost during our stay. We live in D wing, which is not directly connected to the lobby. Therefore, whenever we want to store and take our skis, we need to go to the 2nd floor, walk past the fitness center, go outside the building and get to the lobby. Then you need to go downstairs to get to the village. It's fine if you are a snowboarder, but if you ski with your kids, it causes some trouble. The room is great. My kids love watching the smart TV. The kitchen is excellent too.

Unit 517. Noise level is mid. Rain drip and bar music, and trucks at the back loading unloading. Bring ear plugs. Kitchenette needs newer peeler, knifes, tongs. Soup bowl would be nice. The place is clean overall. Having one working elevator for the hotel is not efficient.

The place was basically a cheaper (not inexpensive) alternative to stay in Whistler village. The room was very dated, although clean, was worn and in need of an update. The location was excellent, if you are not interested in paying for an upscale environment.
