A studio room with balcony was great value off-season. In-room washer and dryer was very useful. Staff was helpful. Building and room were clean and maintened. Parking fees were a bit of a shock but even then the overall value was excellent for a stay within the Village.

Great place, close to everything in Whistler. Friendly staff, comfortable beds with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. So convenient to just park the car and enjoy the shops, restaurants and gondola sight seeing.

The environment is quiet and clean, close to the main street and lift, and closer to the station. Even after checking out and sliding all day, the staff let me put the skis and use the shower room, which gave me convenience.

The environment is quiet and clean, close to the main street and lift, and closer to the station. Even after checking out and sliding all day, the staff let me put the skis and use the shower room, which gave me convenience.

The room (604) that we stayed in was terrible. The room was very poorly designed, queen bed was positioned less than 12" from the fire place. The bulkhead was right above the bed and I had to bend over every time to avoid bumping my head in to that. The floor was sticky and seemed like juice spill or something. The lights were controlled by a motion sensor and if you don't move for few minutes the lights would turn off. There was no night table on one side of the bed. No pen or notepad in the room. Everything seemed like outdated. Never again going to this place.

Aamazing location! Everything during our stay was excellent — the staff was so kind and welcoming, the rooms were great, and overall the whole experience felt super comfortable and relaxing. The only small thing I would mention is that the pool area is quite small, so we actually didn’t end up using it. But besides that, everything else was truly excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Lack of convenience store after 7pm to buy milk for breakfast. Lack of office table in room to work on laptop and also lack of usb c wall sockets.
Also restaurant was not accessible through interior door meaning we had to go out in Rain to get there.
