I would like to mention that this property is amazing. The location is excellent, with easy walking access to the village. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
During our trip, my son became sick, and I contacted both Expedia and the hotel to request a change to my booking. I honestly did not expect my request to be approved, but both Expedia and Whistler Village Inn Suites were very accommodating and understanding. I truly appreciated their kindness and flexibility during a stressful situation.
I would also like to thank the receptionist "Happy " , who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and informative. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend this property to others.

The environment is quiet and clean, close to the main street and lift, and closer to the station. Even after checking out and sliding all day, the staff let me put the skis and use the shower room, which gave me convenience.

Staff were terrible.. the first one gave us two problem: the door cards only work for 1 day while we’re booked for 3 days 2 nights. Then gave us wrong info about the cost of parking in day lots - he said $15 but actual is $22.. the 2nd person solved the issue but acted like they didn’t cause inconvenience and never apologized. Spent more time blaming his colleague.. we checked in July 2 and checked out July 4. The only good thing is its close to stroll area.. ageing hotel but decently clean .. kitchen is good too

Excellent Village location right in the middle of everything. The Room 511, was conveniently located near elevators and front desk. Parking was secured and easy to navigate. Near everything in the village with a 10 minute walk to Blackcomb….would stay here again.
