My stay was excellent because of the kindness of the staff and the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable.
I think there might be a hairdryer missing in the room in case you need it.

Nice and clean room they upgrade my room because of my premium level that’s a . The room i had with the jaccuzi need a bigger A/C but overall a good hotel and nice breakfast. And oscar was the best very helpfull anything you need he will help you.

I would absolutely recommend this place! The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was a traditional Colombian breakfast and it was delicious. Very walkable neighborhood. If you are a light sleeper you might be bothered by the noise outside the hotel but it isn’t all night.

The people in the restaurant were amazing. Oscar Garcia was friendly, and give us VIP service. He is the example of the welcoming spirit of Medellin. In the front desk, Juan de Dios was professional, and made our stay very pleasant.

I chose this hotel for a 6 night stay in Medellin after researching the area for safety concerns and reading the reviews. Walking near the hotel or to amenities up to 20 minutes away was fine. The staff at the front desk and breakfast area were very helpful though I knew little Spanish and they knew little English. The hotel felt like home for my brief stay.

Loved this property! Close to many places and very safe neighborhood. The hotel has a gym and nice cafe. Free breakfast was a plus!

People always make the difference in the quality of the stay. Here the staff are "first class". I highly recommend this place for travellers. This can be a bit noisy which seem to be everywhere in Colombia but if you get a rear facing room it's way better.

It was clean and staff were very nice to me. I can understand if a foreigner arrives and feels entitled, I get a sense they may not have the same great experience I had. The lock to the hotel door is not complicated if you listen to the instructions carefully. I read a comment that someone kept having troubles but I now see it was likely the fault of the guest for not listening because it’s an unusual but very safe door lock. Loved the free water.
