Perfekt ophold. Godt med børn.

After a bumpy start (no interconnected rooms available) and hotels.com site not having made the room type we booked particularly clear. We ended up in an awful room (was the only thing left). Asked the following morning to be moved and a brilliant lady (sorry don’t have your name, but long blonde hair and impeccable English) kindly reallocated us 2 rooms together with the interconnected door. Once we were moved we all slept well and found the hotel very comfortable, good breakfast and the kids loved the play areas and elf trail. Hotel pool was pretty cold but still usable. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Copenhagen. Be aware if booking 2 rooms next to each other they may not be interconnected!

Værelset var skønt , og tilpas rummeligt, og i god stand. Der lå dog glemt børnetøj og noget affald bag gardinet. Pool og sauna er skønt Personalet i morgenmads område på 11 etage ( Ivan ) er meget service minded, også ham der var der dagen før. Vi kommer igen

Stayed: 24–28 December | Couple, late 30s We stayed at the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center over the Christmas period (24–28 December) as a couple in our late 30s. Overall, this is a very clean, modern, and well-run hotel, but it’s important to understand who this hotel is really best suited for before booking. The positives first. The hotel is extremely well located — ideal if you’re visiting Tivoli Gardens or arriving by train. We landed at Copenhagen Airport and were in our hotel room within around 45 minutes using the train to Copenhagen Central, which was excellent. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was nicely decorated, comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what you’d expect from a modern city hotel. Staff were consistently polite and helpful, and the overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. However, the experience did not quite live up to expectations, particularly for couples seeking a relaxing stay. Breakfast was a disappointment. Although listed as continental (with hot options), the selection felt very basic. Hot food was often only lukewarm — bacon was dry and barely warm, and while the omelettes were probably the highlight, the overall hot offering was limited to a few items (omelettes, tomatoes, mushrooms). The cold meats and cheeses appeared to be left out for long periods. The breakfast area itself felt chaotic, with unclear flow and lots of people trying to work out where to go. The hotel was perfect for our family and especially well suited for children. There was plenty of entertainment and activities, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. However, there were a couple of things that disappointed us. We were unable to get a table at the hotel restaurant for Christmas Eve, even though we stayed at the hotel over Christmas for a total of three nights. In our opinion, hotel guests should be given priority when making restaurant reservations, especially on such an important occasion. Another disappointment was the housekeeping service. Despite staying three nights and leaving the “technical repair” sign on the door every time we left the room for the day, housekeeping never visited our room. Toilet paper was not replenished, towels were not changed, and the trash was not emptied. However, someone did come regularly to restock the minibar. Despite these issues, the hotel was otherwise excellent and a great choice for families with children.

Fancy, clean hotel. Polite staff. My one comment is that Tivoli did not let me get the latest Expedia ratw for thee booking, which turned out to be about half the price.

A fantastic hotel to stay in especially with children.

We had a great stay. Lovely large adjoining rooms made it perfect for our family to have our own space and bathroom facilities. We ate at the hotel for breakfast once, in the evening bistro once and from the room service evening menu twice. All in all, we had a very relaxing mini break and, while we tend not to go back to the same areas of a country twice, we'd definitely consider staying here again if we ever did.
