The room was small but interesting. The hotel was warm so we were grateful we could open the window for fresh air. The breakfast nook was lovely with great coffee and service. The hotel staff were attentive and the location was great if you like to walk.

Hotel is pretty. Would’ve preferred more than one drawer in the rooms. Requested for housekeeping via the website and didn’t receive it. After we notified the front desk, they responded promptly. Dinner was great. Service was phenomenal.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant and there was plenty of choice. Our room was lovey and had great views. I visited the pool every day at varying times and it was always very busy. It would have been nice if there could have been a daily adults only session. Also it surprised me that children were allowed in the sauna. But apparently that’s common in Scandinavian countries as they see taking a sauna as a family activity rather than the quiet meditative atmosphere we’re used to in the IK. All in all we really enjoyed staying in the hotel and would love to return.

Everything was excellent and well designed!! The room was beautiful and the bathroom etc were so clean! The hotel itself is very clean and there’s a clear attention to detail. The breakfast was also delicious!

Its a great hotel. My concerns remain that yet again the wifi is unreliable. As someone who stays here every week, and use my room for work, the quality of wifi in my room is important. its sad to say that yet again as per the last 4 to 5 stays the internet is hit and miss and unuseable for business purposes. I will be reconsidering where in copenhagen i stay now.
