We loved the Tivoli Park decor theme running through the hotel. The beds were so comfy. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choice was plentiful. The rooftop bars were amazing! Sushi restaurant food, cocktails and staff were fabulous. Room service was so easy. Cleaning staff were very helpful.

Good location, friendly staff, clean and good dining options. Rooms OK but a little dated and could do with a refresh. Bathrooms more modern. Wine glasses in the room (good) but unusually only paper disposable cups for tea/coffee. Proper cups would be much nicer!

Unfortunately we have a toilet that broke close to my sons bedtime. Luckily Tivoli Hotel had the chance to move us, even to a better room. Unfortunately it was very very close to the train station.

Very nice property close to bus 17 for transport to central station. Tip: Easy walk to the Copenhagen Mall for lots of casual dining options. There is also an ATM at the mall if you need one. We preferred the mall coffee shops to the expensive breakfast offered by the hotel but obviously some will prefer the full meal. My wife says this hotel is the quietest we have ever stayed in. Great soundproofing in the rooms and we faced the street!
