Absolutely fab stay! Very clean and the staff were very helpful at helping us with anything we needed. Great facilities and pool and handy location (could rent a bike or taxis available right outside the hotel) we don’t usually choose hotels as luxury as this one but it did not disappoint and wasn’t any more expensive than other hotels. I have a low immune system due to cancer medication and I felt very safe at the hotel and felt comfortable. Would really recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had a good selection. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is well maintained and very clean beds are comfortable overall and extremely enjoyable experience and would definitely stay at this hotel or a hotel owned by this company again.

Solo traveller on vacation. Hotel is only 10 minutes walk from central station so easy to navigate to from the airport. Hotel was nice..staff excellent..breakfast excellent and restaurant and bar first class. Overall would highly recomend.

The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience.

Nice clean room with a canal view. Nice feature was being able to open the window for fresh air. Staff was great in helping us get around to see the sites and dealing with our taxi needs. The bar was great, but didn’t have decaf coffee. The food in the restaurant was good, but was somewhat limited in scope. The breakfast selection was very good.
