Great access to Copenhagen Central Station and other key locations. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and a supermarket was within walking distance.

中央駅からバスに乗るとバス停からすぐの距離にあります。バスは日中は10分おき夜中は20分おきにありました。 部屋も綺麗でしたが周囲にスーパーなどはありません。 周囲は静かでした。

3泊4日で1人で宿泊しました． 「コペンハーゲン中央駅まで遠い」と書かれている記事が多くて気にしていたのですが，特に問題なく歩ける距離です．歩く距離が気になるのであれば，コペンハーゲン中央駅を目指さなくても，最寄りのDybbølsbro駅を利用するといいでしょう．駅自体も大きな駅ですし，特に問題なく使用できます．距離も半分くらいです． 重いスーツケースを転がして移動するのはチョット…という状況であれば，タクシー利用もありと思います．コペンハーゲン中央駅からで100DKKくらいだったかと思います．確かに，歩道は空港みたいにフラットなわけではなく，結構ガタガタなので，スーツケースは少し抵抗あるかもです．(ちなみにホテルからDybbølsbro駅までは距離は短いですが，軽い上りです) 部屋は海側の6階の部屋でした．設備は比較的キレイです．ベッドはセミダブルで用意されていました．バス・トイレはユニットです，もちろんお湯は問題ありません． 個包装のインスタントコーヒーやティーバッグが用意されており，コーヒーは7-8包はあったかと思うので，部屋での飲み物には困りませんでした．瞬間湯沸かし器があるので，それでお湯を沸かす事ができます． 仕事でしたのでスーツを持っていったのですが，さすがにリセッシュなどはないですが，アイロンとアイロン台が部屋にありました． 部屋にコンセントは4か所ありましたので，携帯やモバイルバッテリーやPCの充電にも困りませんでした． 時間がなくて利用しませんでしたが，プール・ジムが無料で使用できるそうです． 後，2FのTivoli Brasserieで朝食ビュッフェがあるのですが，なかなか美味しかったです．

We stayed over the Easter weekend and they had organised extra activities for the children which was a great touch. We loved using the pool and sauna after our day out exploring the city. We had a large family room which was two rooms interconnected and that worked very well for us, the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The hotel is a short walk from the trains and buses to get around the various parts of the city, or even a train across to Sweden. We enjoyed drinks in the lobby bar, brasserie bar, and in the sky bar on the top floor which had some nice views. We decided to eat all meals outside of the hotel, and found it easy to find some good cafes for breakfast, and food markets for lunch or dinner.

Friendly, engaged staff answered all questions. Facilities, as hoped for would, match expectations as per online visuals. Good situation with transport connections, being less than 5 minutes from city centre.

This is not a good hotel for tourists. It’s a convention center, and it lacks the personal service that you would expect from a good hotel. Room clean is “on request”. I think that’s not good for any hotel, except here nobody told this at check-in either and it was not made clear in the room also. That’s just ridiculous. I had to accidentally read this on a poster in the elevator on day of checkout. So no clean towels on day two. Breakfast was insane! Had to wait in line for 20 min. And the offering was average at best. Location is bad because public transport is not near. The shower went from cold to burning hot continuously and was barely useable. I don’t like to complain and it was mainly my own fault for booking this. I will not be back here again.

We were happy with every part of the hotel. Be warned rooms are not cleaned automatically. You must request this from Reception. This includes bedmaking.

Definitely a good option when travelling with small children, swimming pool is great and also the playing area. Breakfast was ok. Unluckily we had a couple of issues with our room, but was taken care of quickly - the staff is very friendly and service oriented. If travelling with older kids I would rather live closer to the city center.

The check in was simple and efficient. Easy to get around physically. The property wishes you to book breakfast restaurants etc via its digital companion, my security on my devices prevents me from accessing it . The Concierge therefore made my breakfast bookings. My associate could use it but found it very annoying, he works in IT. The breakfast selection was excellent and very enjoyable. The lobby bar and Brasserie were both convivial and saved having to venture out into the storm. The rooms were of a good standard, housekeeping on the digital companion also. The rooms were exceptionally quiet to the point you could not here the first Easter storm in 29 yrs. The property is easy walking distance to central train and bus stations. It ticked all the boxes and made the visit more enjoyable.
