TV channels were basing only 7 and out of that many did not work with msg. "No Signal" Response I got was "Server updating channels will be available tomorrow"

Well presented Hotel - great for the City Centre

I stayed here on business in September 2025. I had booked well in advance, so was disappointed that I was given a room on the ground floor. There were a lot of homeless people outside the window, there was a constant hum of the fans and the TV had no sound. I asked to be moved, but the receptionist said they didn't have any other rooms. After 30 minutes, I couldn't take any more of the hum, so I asked another receptionist, who was able to find me a room on one of the higher floors. These ground floor rooms should not be in use, as they are not of the same standard as the rest of the rooms. Apart from that, the breakfast was good and the conference facilities are good too. Handy that they offer free parking in the adjacent car park.

Lovely clean, comfortable hotel, located in a convenient central location. With free parking right next door, we'll definitely be back.

The room was very dirty upon arrival and not cleaned during the two night stay. Only bins were changed. I also reported the room phone not working and nothing was done about it. A mobile had to be used to phone hotel reception which is silly. I would not recommend or stay again. It felt like a waste of money. I wish I could get a refund. Although the welcome upon arrival was nice and staff were generally friendly and polite.

The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. Lovely breakfast provision although it was unusual to have a meal in 'the basement', lack of daylight. Free parking in central Bristol is defnite bonus and the proximity of Cabot Circus gives a lot of options for shopping and food. I found the area around the hotel unsafe after dark (people sleeping in the street, anti-social behaviour and inconsiderate food couriers on pavement). One smal annoyance: lack of flexibility in room lighting ie. all lights on or off controlled by central light switch.

We came to Bristol to follow the Gromit Unleashed 3 trail. We chose this hotel because there was easy parking in the adjacent car park, which was free to hotel guests. We also chose it because it was within easy walking distance of all the places of interest in the city, as well as to buses taking us to places further out. There was food available at the hotel as well as in the shopping mall directly opposite.The room was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay in this hotel again.

Carpark takes getting used to but it had charging. Hotel takes care so not a problem. Restaurant at hotel actually good to eat especially compare to local food chain outlets.

We had a really lovely couple of nights here while celebrating my wife’s birthday. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. I asked reception for an extra robe, as there was only one in the room, and it was brought up promptly with no fuss — great service. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. It’s only about a 15-minute walk to both Bristol Harbour and Temple Meads station, making it a really convenient base. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Overall, a great stay that made our trip extra special.

The interior of this hotel is beautiful and clean. It is close to shopping centres and the city of Bristol.

Pit stop for a couple of days after a wedding in Devon. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was massive but mattress was quite soft. Check out isn’t until midday but the housekeeper knocked on our door at 10am. Brilliant location right in the centre near the shopping centre and added bonus free parking. We would definitely come back again

The location is excellent and the free parking is a bonus. However, the room was not as clean as it should have been, the toilet had an unpleasant smell, and the mugs were not very clean and there was waste left under the bed.

Mattress sink in, bad sleep. No fridge. Sink in bathroom blocked. Hair in bed. Awful.

Having stayed in other Future inn's was expecting the same standards. No water in rooms,not enough conduments
